It was finally time for my partner and I to refinance our family home that we had been paying a very high interest rate on for 2 years (which we were lucky to have even obtained to buy our home 2 years ago through Innovative also). We attempted to refinance through our bank and when we were rejected we felt deflated and thought there was no way we would get a decent interest rate through anyone if our own bank had rejected us. However, we contacted Innovative once again and Ashley got the ball rolling for us instantly and instilled some hope back into us. Ashley was incredible through the entire experience!
