Would recommend Innovative finance to anyone! We used innovative back in 2017 when we purchased our first home they came to us, explained everything thoroughly and made sure the whole process was smooth and stress free! Fast forward to 2022 I receive a phone call to say they have reviewed my loan and have negotiated a new interest rate over 1% lower than my current and that I didn't have to fill out any paperwork it was all done for me. Doesn't get any better than that.
