Very happy with the service. Contractor was on time for both appointments and they called ahead to let me know an estimated time of arrival. They were also happy to answer all my questions about where the cockroaches (German) would hide to keep an eye out for re-infestation. Price was reasonable (other quotes were roughly same) but they also offered a 2 week follow up for free if any others showed up. I also like supporting a local Inner West small business.

Maxwell the “termite” man did the job for us. It was our first time to use Inner West Pest Control but we will certainly continue to use them. I cannot speak highly enough of Maxwell from Inner West Pest Control. He was prompt, extremely courteous, very knowledgeable and very willing to answer the many questions I had on pest/damp related issues. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home and did a general pest spray treatment. He also gave really good, practical advice about how to deal with the various pest issues that can arise when you live in a 100-year old house! I won't hesitate to engage Inner West Pest Control in 12 months time for another spray and inspection. An excellent local business.

We had a significant infestation after a tenant moved out of a property. Maxwell was professional and VERY thorough in his work. He was able to find a few more pests still hiding on the second visit, eliminated them, and now we can start our house renovations with confidence.

Maxwell is highly knowledgeable about termites and the best ways to treat problems, talking us through their biology, and the best strategies to minimise damage. Paul was incredibly professional, identified the problem areas and was able to treat our kitchen with a German cockroach infestation. We saw dead cockroaches within 24 hours and hopefully the issue is solved. Comes with 6 month warranty which is excellent

I called Paul after several family members were being stung by wasps. He arrived at the appointed time and after assessing the situation, he quickly removed all the wasp nests that had been developing around the house and garden. He was reliable, efficient and his rates were reasonable. Highly recommend.
