Anthony at reception; you are so easy to work with, super patient and understanding. We had to rebook our external boundary spraying as on the day of the appointment it rained shortly after Brett finished spraying outside our house. Anthony also assisted with our ‘spider situation! ’.
Brett the specialist, was amazing! Super polite, called before the appointment time to inform us he was running 10 mins late. Came as he had promised, super quick and efficient. We had our daughter with us on the day as she didn’t go to daycare that day and he worked around us. Helped us to solve our ant situation and left some extra ant poison. Brett did let us know that if it rained same day he finished to call the office to get him to return and respray the outside. It rained an hour after he left and it was so easy to book Brett to return. The day he returned we weren’t home, so we just left our gate open and Brett did the job like a champ. Brett also helped us with our spider/huntsman situation. We are so grateful for Inner West Pest Control, and we look forward to our yearly service with you! We referred our parents and they have also used Inner West Pest Control and they are very happy with their service too! Thanks team! Really professional, effective and efficient!

The boss was very fast responding to any questions and scheduling a visit, he's colleague came on time, explained everything, did the job very quickly. There was no smell or any other problems with the treatment. Our plants and cat were safe, we only had to keep him out from the kitchen for a couple of hours. Highly recommended team
