I had an injury on my little finger on right hand from a cricket game. Brodie really guided me well with the recovery process by advising the right exercises. Also Brodie helped me to understand how to tape up my hand for cricket matches to lessen the impact if I get hit again. Infinite Health is definitely the clinic to visit for sports injuries.
I have been to see John at Infinite Health, Chatswood on multiple occasions for various tennis related sports injuries including lower back pain and rotator cuff issues. His experience and knowledge immediately impressed me. John focussed on explaining to me exactly what the issues were and worked with me to develop a clear treatment and exercise program to ensure I could strengthen those areas of my body and prevent a reoccurrence of the problem in the future. Highly recommended.
Brodie was great with all things physio, communicated effectively and really helped me back to full health.
I see Patrick, who is helping me develop an exercise program to manage my stiff shoulder, and Luke, who I see to help manage the pain my shoulder is causing. Both are absolute professionals who not only helped improve my shoulder situation over the last 4 months, but they are also responsive to my questions and always make me feel at ease during my time with them. I couldn't have hoped to find better therapists and I would recommend both of them without reserve.
