All the staff is very professional and prepared.

Jonathan (Jon) was excellent. Very patient, thoughtful and clear in assessing, explaining and treating my issues.

I had shock wave therapy for my Achilles and it was an awesome experience. Healing very well

This is my second week coming to see Jonathan for my sprained ankle and I’m happy with the progress so far! He is very meticulous and thorough and makes sure you understand what’s going on during the therapy. Recommend!:)

Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I've been to many physio's before, but no lasting results. John has diagnosed the underlying cause of my shoulder, knee and lower back issues and tailored the program to fix my pain once and for all. Thank you!

John Lee works miracles. I've been dealing with back issues for years and have tried everything. Seeing John regularly and following his (very) simple stretching approach has saved my back. I've gone back to running and lifting and haven't had my back go out on me yet.

John and Jonno are both very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable being under their care.

An unpleasant experience. The place is not easy to find and no parking nearby. So I was running late for my initial appointment for 10/15 mins. However, no one called to confirm if I can make my appointment. The whole shop was unattended (door open and music playing) when I arrived. Another 10/15mins past, Aaron showed up while I was in a call waiting for his colleague to find him. He told me my appointment would have to move to tomorrow because he has tight schedule. Everyone has tight schedule, I took my time and commuted here. If I know the appointment will be cancelled for running late 10/15 mins without confirming with me, I would have scheduled my trip earlier. Just another note, 10/15 mins is fine for most of the shops, I'm not sure why this is not manageable for Infinite Health at Chatswood. If not, please indicate in the booking email.

Found Infinite health on an internet search, as I had an urgent issue with my knee and I was travelling overseas. So glad I found them! I was provided great advice before travel which helped me get through relatively pain free. On my return I have been addressing issues to ensure I enjoy my gym visits and John has been brilliant in helping me do this. Both professional and practical.

Aaron and Veronica have been amazing with the recovery of my injury! They've been helpful with understanding my fitness goals and assisting with getting me back to my pre-injury baseline in a practical and controlled way.
