From the moment we walked in the door Viv was amazing.
Myself and a girlfriend took our teenage daughters to get their nose's pierced and Viv was friendly, professional and calmed the girls nerves.
He explained everything he was doing and you can see he genuinely cares about his customers.
10/10 for the whole experience and will definately recommend this place to everyone.

Jacinta at Impact is a great artist - amazing skills and a beautiful temperament. She's pretty heavily booked, but well worth the wait.

The people here and the artists were amazing. They were able to see me quickly and were able to replicate the design I had perfectly.

Highly recommend and definitely looking forward to going back and getting some more done.

I wish I could say a 5 star review but honestly I couldn't see myself coming back. Heard so much good news, to be disappointed how I was treated when getting tattooed and discovered some errors and just basic line work screwed up and shakey. I try not to be so critical after it, but its on my skin forever. Can say I thought the atmosphere was great. But the lady who did my tattoo didn't let me view it until It was done. I'm so sad about it.
Reason for 2 stars is cause it could have been a simple fix if I just looked that second time and very unorganized with making booking and waited 20 mins for my tattooist to come back from the coffee shop then took "over time" to do it. Then tried to quote more for what she did.

I had ink done at Crossroads two weeks back and Tailor was the artist. She is well mannered, friendly and professional. I would recommend her to anyone as she did a sterling job.

Very welcoming with friendly helpful staff and the tattooists are great aswell as the body piercing.

Top quality work and everyone there is really friendly. Hygiene and quality control is next level

Clean shop, the only downfall is i now have to go get my tattoo touched up at a different shop because of the blotches and where it hasn't been coloured properly.

Today I was looking for somebody to do my cheek piercings, I called many of shops and was told barely anybody do them anymore, I looked almost everywhere and found this tattoo / piercing shop, I called and were spoke to very clearly with such respect. Viv told me a bit of information before I walked in and I was baffled at how good service was, viv had everything sorted out on the table and helped calm me down before the piercing, he asked me how I felt and if I needed anything and comforted me giving me important information on how to properly take care of them, I’m very happy with the way I was treated and will most likely come back if I need anything else!

Just had 2 tats done at impact by Taylor (Sugetatts) could not be happier, excellent art work and a lovely lady and artist.
The service at Impact was exceptional.

Today was my first time here but it won't be my last. Scott was very knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job on my tattoo! Thoroughly recommend.

I hear they have some great artists. Never been tattooed there myself however looks clean and friendly. Go get inked you wimps
