Viv does the piercings and is AMAZING.i recently went in to get my septum pierced- it was my first piercing and i was terrified. Viv explained it all so well and was quick and easy. My friend also got her nose pierced and he explained the aftercare really well and it’s about two days later and i feel little to NO pain at all! I cannot recommend this place enough.thank u viv, i will back for more soon!

I want to thank Jonesy for her kindness and availability and her advice. I am extremely satisfied with the results of the tattoos I got from her. I got 2 done with 3 weeks in between them. And I'll be going back to my home country with the best souvenirs I could get.

Viv is fantastic! I have recommended him to everyone. He is genuine, professional and experienced. He will treat you with respect and is very patient. I have had my septum, helix, nose, tragus and upper ear lobe pierced. I will never go to anyone else! I have even taken my teenage daughters to Viv to get their first piercings and had an awesome experience. They even went back to get more piercings because they absolutely love him. I have been going to impact ink for all my tattoos they are very available to suit you with dates and times and they are very reasonable about tattoo prices.

I went there today to get my right nostril done. I had my septum and left nostril pierced prior to ever hearing about this place. If I had known I would’ve gone here instead. Lovely staff and overall such a great environment. 10/10

going to cost me thousands just to get it lasered off very disappointing tattooist

The staff at impact are some of the best in the business. They don't hold themselfs on a pedestal and work hard to give thier customers what they want 10/10 service and the art is even better if you want to feel like your being looked after and not just another pay check go to impact.

I've been going to IMPACT TATOOS since it first opened at Cardiff.and now at Glendale Scotty. Viv and all the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I've had both Tats and Peircings. Viv is just the BEST for peircings.he loves what he does and ALWAYS has the customers best interest at heart and after care. Amazing! Got my septum, snakebites, tongue piercing, and industrial piercing done here and the piercer was very patient and lovely!

My son had his first tattoo done here recently and Jod the tattooist, was very considerate, patient, professional and particular about his work and my son loves it!

Viv does the piercings. He is extremely experienced. He is gentle and extremely helpful, and if you ask he will show you some adorable pictures of his dogs! Thanks for swapping out my jewellery today Viv

Took my teenager to get tongue pierced and viv was amazing making my son calm, tending to anything that was needed i could not rate him highly enough purely an awesome person that genuinely cares about his customers
