Troy and Lachlan did an awesome job installing our fans and downlights despite our nightmare of a roof. They left our benches and areas they worked in cleaner than they found them. Super stoked on the work they did and would definitely recommend them!

The team were fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were extremely responsive, professional and thorough throughout the entire process from quoting, optioning and installation of our switchboard upgrades. Sam was my primary point of contact and he consistently went well beyond expectations getting additional info and pricing for some options.

Lachlan and his team were very responsive, communicated clearly, and understood the issues. They worked with us to get the necessary approvals from the electricity supplier, and then did the panel upgrade in a timely manner.

We had a Saturday morning electricity emergency and needed an after hours call out. Sam turned up exactly when he said he would to fix the issue on the weekend. Finding a true 24/7 Emergency Electrician is difficult, but these guys are true to their word and repaired our electricity within the hour on a Saturday morning. 100% use these guys again!

Sam was on time and found the fault quickly. He ensured our power was restored and safe, and also took the time to explain the switchboard what had actually happened. I highly recommend Sam and Impact and will definitely use them again.

I called Impact electrical due to my power surging several times in a row. Once I called Lachlan came within 30 minutes! He was friendly and professional and really well priced. We were extremely happy with his service and will be using him whenever we need his services in the future.

We had a problem with our power around 6: 30pm and there wasn’t anyone local available. These guys were 24 hour electricians and despite being based in budgewoi came and sorted out our problem in Woy Woy. They were fast and efficient and really easy to deal with. A really great company.
