We used Impact Electrical to repair an issue with our electricity connection to our private pole. The work was completed in the timeframe agreed and they were good at communicating via text to keep us informed.

I've called Impact Electrical several times for help and they have always been professional, good value, and great quality work.
First call was after moving into a new home and having an issue with the air-conditioning shorting out the power.
Then replacing the whole switchboard, and old wiring throughout the house - discovered one wire smoldering under the house.
Recently an install of two power points.
Always on time and leaving only when the work is done 100% and always great value!

Megan was amazing! We lost power to all our power points and over the phone she troubleshooted some possible causes and we were able to find the issue. 10 mins of her time and it saved us a hefty after hours call out fee (Saturday afternoon). This type of service is so rare. I contacted 2 other companies and neither of them even got back to me. Megan contacted me within 20 mins of me leaving a message. I highly recommend Impact Electrical. Megan responded to a request Friday for a quote and Lachlan responded to my questions over the weekend and the sparkles did the job first thing Monday morning. They replaced a private pole that had fallen over and ran new service lines and aerial consumers mains for my house. They did all mandatory testing, only took them a few hours from start to finish and even did all this in pouring rain. Lachlan, Sam and Harry were very professional, polite and efficient. Both Sam and Harry were professional, informative and personally helpful to me during their extensive installations in our house. Contrary to most tradesmen, we were telephoned if a delay in arrival was pending. Sam did extensive research for our particular lighting problems Both very polite and considerate; their professionalism and work ethic will ensure our continued custom. My mother was glowing in her praise, and we are very happy with their work. I noticed with both Sam and Harry, when I spoke to them they addressed me by looking in my eyes, they also spoke to my mother; in similar fashion. This may seem a side issue, but to me it is very important, as this form of etiquette is nor practiced by most in the trades area.

From the time I made a phone call to enquire about moving the location of my power supply, to the end of the job, the team at Impact (Alahna on the phone) were ever so helpful.

Impact did all the paperwork to ensure a smooth transition. Communication was clear throughout the process.

Sam the installer and Harry were onsite working so hard digging the trenches, moving the power lines and working around our family to ensure limited power disruption.
