Was very satisfied percent committed. Value for money. Service was 5 stars for Click n collect. Quick and contactless service with A smile on the faces. Well organise and hats off to the employees. Keep it up specially for these hardship pandemic n lockdown.

This review is only for online shopping at this quarantine situation. We have ordered a few frame a month ago and it was supposed to delivered by 23 August but still (date 08/09) we have not received our order and we cannot event track our order. No one answerers phone call in IKEA not even responding emails.
Terrible online service.

Ordered two shelving units for delivery. After opening the box, screws and clips were missing from one unit so that is totally useless now. With second unit, one clip was damaged / broken.
Called IKEA. After waiting for 30 mins, I was told that clips are not in stock. Delivery time for the screws is uncertain. I will have to call back again for clips availability.
That's pretty poor quality and support standard from IKEA. Very disappointed.

As per all the Ikea stores, they have friendly and caring staff who are always happy to help. It is a great store and always is a pleasure to visit.

I had an issue with my order which had some missing hardware. I spoke with a lady named DEENA who solved the issue with such amazing professionalism.

Super easy to click and collect. The team is extremely organised from greet to waiting bay to checking order and then order collection. You don’t need to leave your vehicle until the very end when loading your items in to the car. Free bottle of soft drinks were provided and free bag of lollies as well - partly due to the expiry date coming up and given we’re in lock down/going to be in lock down until the end of September or possibly October, it’s a smart move by the executive team. Thank you!

What the worst shop ever! Just now we came to collect our click and collect that we placed 3 days ago but they said things are not ready to be collected! They sent us confirmation to come and collect today but they denied that they sent the confirmation email! How unprofessional after we waited in freezing cold bay for long time. If we didn't come inside we will be waiting there forever for things that not even ready to be picked up. At least tell us if things not ready. Please IKEA train your staff to be more professional!

Due to lockdown I wasn't able to enter the store, but my Click and Collect experience was easy and efficient.

If you’re looking at splitting up with your wife this is place to go just make sure you take the kids with you what a nightmare.

Great place to grab a bargain and be creative at decorating every part of your house. Minimal staff noted but most staff are very helpful and friendly.

First time there but my favourite place to shop now. Has all the amenities needing all around the home at decent prices and quality finishings. Also loving the dining/restaurant experience as well as Cafe. Will be back after lockdown.

It isn't just their display rooms but also other comprehensive accessories. Such as paintings and posters like this beautiful poster of a deer. Poland leads the way in celebrating the dearest of deers with beautiful paintings such as this.

Accessories include lighting, flooring, bedding, window blockers and both kitchen and office utensils.
Everything including the kitchen sink. Unsurprisingly, art supplies are available for various levels of accomplishment.
Tasty affordable wholesome meals. Not only a fast food outlet but also a restaurant. Easily accessible from the front of the store.
A viable grocery store with specialty foods and drinks.
The coffee machines and drink dispensers are fascinating. Have you ever seen the beans at the top of the machine actually move? So efficient, silent but delicious.

Very good food and variety, nice, clean and organised cafeteria. Very good service and good hygiene.

Easy parking - lots of space! A lot of stock - seems more than the other stores. The food was great - the meatballs were on point as usual but I tried the salmon for the first time and it was excellent!

Great variety, nice cafe, excellent prices throughout but customer service other than the checkout is sub par, asked a few people to help me and they were disinterested, lazy and had little knowledge of the products.

Can be very confusing to find particular areas, did find that an item on Ikea website had a distance notification of 110m away so found that item easily. Need plenty of time to go through this store.

I'm just surprised when I see the restaurant has no halal meat or chicken, because IKEA is so big in name and brand, and they know they have customers in all religions, please provide some halal options as well, thanks

Usual IKEA, only issue is that, if you know what you want you have to walk through some sections to get to the warehouse where you pick up whatever you want to buy. You can take the shortcuts, but still if there is a direct access to the main warehouse I couldn't see it either because it wasn't there or because it's not well indicated.
