Called the number cause wanted to check something before driving 45mins instead sat on hold for 47mins not good enough need to be better especially when called message said 10min wait

Fantastic place to kill time and get some idea to set your rooms in the best way possible.

You have to walk a maze (zigzag) just to get to & find the lighting area.there were some short cuts but we decided to walk to area 18 to find the lighting area, with numerous people about, i think there is a lack air ventilation or accumulation of dust in the areas on display, we noted the lack of emergency exit signage should a emergency arise.in my opinion there should be access from the outside to 3 to 4 points in the building to find what you really are after.

We both came down 2 days later with a virus that made us both unwell
I possibly put the blame on the layout of the store at Marsden Park

I like that you can enter through the exit when I need to quickly duck in and out. Love Ikea and staff are lovely

Great customer service at the Marsden Park location. The times I've been to return something or required a replacement part like a missing screw, no issues, no grief. It's a bit of a wait but that's ok, you can avoid waiting long queue's if you come early. Shout out to Daytan from Customer Service, Thank you!

I have ordered for 3 Kivik Sofas along with other items from IKEA and had placed an order on 5/11/21. The delivery was scheduled on 21/11/21. The delivery didn't go through and I wasn't even notified by IKea and I kept waiting for the delivery whole day. Later I called up in the evening and after being on hold for more than 50 mins I was told that because some parts were not available the delivery didn't proceed. Later I was told that my products will be delivered from Marsden park and Tempe and brought on 05/12/21. Again on 05/12/21 I was informed by IKEA Marsden Park that since they didn't have any staff available for a delivery. I am so disappointed about the lack of professionalism and the consideration that a customer who has paid for so many products in advance and also paid for assembly and delivery isn't even notified about the delay till the last moment and kept waiting months together for the products to be delivered. I am sorry but we bought IKEA products for the customer service and I am not at all happy with the way my order is being handled.

This is so big. And situated at a place where you can find everything for your home from electronics to anything DIY etc.

I had to literally wait over 30min on multiple occasiobs to get hold of customer care. Yoir virtual assistance is garbage.

Waited in the line for entrance this past Sat, scanned the QR code, then was told need vaccination to enter. At least you should put a big sign to tout your policy.

Been there a few times last year, once inside the premise, takes forever to get out.

Ikea, follow the arrows, big range, reasonable prices, meatballs in the middle, hotdog at the end, the Apple cider is really good.

A good browse. Unless you are a 'quick in & out, grab exactly what you want' shopper, it is easy to spend a whole day there.

Big IKEA.
IKEA restaurant. Still Long quene for lunch at 2 pm. Almost 25 mins to get my lunch. Should have hire more staff.
Reasonable price. Nice and strong coffee.
Only have full cream and skim milk. Free refill.

IKEA is also a tourist attraction
This branch is way better than the Olympic park branch, because they have a vast parking area and it’s very convenient to go there.

Worst delivery! It's been two months and I still haven't seen my order. Really disappointed. I have received deliveries from China faster than this stupid place across the road.

Insanely crowded.
Street access backed up in both directions from shoppers trying to get into Costco.
Carpark was difficult to find parking and lining up to get inside.
Checkout not as long as I anticipated.
Food kiosk at exit had massive line but was very efficient at last visit with heaps of staff there.

The delivery and customer service sucks big time. Never ever order anything online with Ikea if you don’t want unnecessary frustration and anxiety in your life. We have waited more than 4 months for what was supposed to be delivered in a month and still haven’t received it. You can not reply to the one way emails, no one answers the phone and social media pages. Save your time, money and sanity and never order from Ikea.
