Ideal Floors was recommended by my investment property management agent for the floor changing of my leasing apartment. Due to COVID lockdown, I couldn't attend the shop or site during the whole process. Chelsea from Ideal Floors is my only contact who organised everything for me - from quote, providing necessary info to get strata's approval to arranging installation under strict COVID safety rule. She is so professional, responsive and approachable. I am very grateful for her help and highly recommend the services from Ideal Floors.

I had to replace my carpet with laminate flooring and had to shop around. I found this this was the best option. Owner is quite experienced, offers competitive prices and most importantly - decent workmanship. It's been six months since replacement and I would definitely recommend.

Very impressed with the quality of Ideal Floors’ work. Also very affordable. Prior to getting my floors done, I have asked for quotes from multiple other companies and nothing beats their price. I wanted laminated flooring and they offerred a lot of options for it. They also gave good ideas on the pro’s and con’s for each type and brand. They were so patient in answering all my questions. I also have to ask them to do the measurements during the Christmas season and they were happy to do it during the holidays. They communicate well and were fast in replying to my emails, texts and calls. On the day of the job, they arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. Everything is easy for them, nothing is too hard. All my requests were easily granted. I cannot thank Tao, Chelsea and their team enough for their patience, workmanship, professionalism, efficiency and precision. Very highly recommended!

Super happy with the vinyl flooring that I chose for my rental property! Chelsea was amazing to deal, she suggested the spotted gum that was on sale so got a great price for better quality and also very flexible as I had to change the dates a few times due to other renovations. Beautiful carpet! Super soft and high quality. Sammie was very helpful and came to my house with the samples. Booking date was flexible and the job was done so well and very quickly. We have very heavy furniture and I was convinced it would be a problem but I didn’t hear a single thing other than that the job had been completed. Thank you!

Excellent service we received from the beginning we made enquaries until the job completed. The staff Chelsea and Sammy are very pleasant and easy to deal with. They are trustworthy. We put laminating timber floor on our CBD property. Good quality products with reasonable price.
