Chelsea has been really helpful with the whole process of floor changing arrangements. A day before installation, Tao came to check measurements and make sure everything are good to go. The installation only took 1.5 days, from ripping off carpets to installation, (we are 2 levels apartement). No extra charged for ripping off carpets (which we know some of the vendors did hav an extra charge), very reasonable price. The details are just amazed us, every corners has been patched up carefully.
We are a very satisfied customers and definitely will be back to them for future projects.

Ideal Floors and specifically, Chelsea came highly recommended to us and she definitely lived up to expectations! Our house looked completely different and elevated when we moved in. We opted for laminate wood flooring and had our doubts initially thinking it might look/feel cheap. Chelsea recommended we go with the ClixPlus brand and we absolutely love how it looks and feels.
Chelsea knew we were on a tight schedule and had arranged the installation experts to complete the entire job in 2 days. She also followed up a few days later to check in on us. Her customer service is amazing.

Chelsea has been great to deal with from start to finish. Received a quote which was much cheaper than other stores. When we arrived to choose the laminate flooring, she was honest and did not try to sale us a more expensive style. Told us that the difference between the entry and mid level range were minimal and for us to stick with the entry level range. In the end we picked the higher level range as we preferred the colour and warranty. When the installers came to install the flooring, they determined that the sub-flooring was not levelled. She gave us the option to grind the various ramps and install on the day or do self levelling to make it perfect and install in a couple days. We opted to do self levelling and when that was completed Chelsea was able to quickly reorganise the flooring to be installed. During the whole process, she was always there to answer any questions and always updated us with the progress. Very happy with their service and will definitely come back for future projects.

Referred by a friend, i decided to check out the range of flooring options at Ideal Floors. Chelsea and her team were very helpful with the carpet installation at my city apartment. They provided advice from the selection of colour to how much I should spend, and was very accommodating with my tight schedule. Their prices were also competitive compared to other suppliers. Professionally run business with great quality workmanship and most importantly, a can do attitude. Thanks to Tao and his team for making numerous visits to our house throughout the renovation to make sure we were able to get a step free finish to our floors and carpets. Sammie and Chelsea did an amazing job to accommodate a number of last minute tasks like delivering skirting to allow us to paint it prior to installation, organising the removal of old carpet as a separate task, etc. Very happy with the finish of our Herringbone floors and would not hesitate to use them again. This was our second job with Ideal Floors.

Tao was so accommodating, he managed to get my floors done with only a few days notice during busy Christmas period, and he gave me the best price on the market! The flooring is good quality and his workers are very efficient, quick and polite. Highly recommend this team!

The worst flooring job ever! This tradie doesn’t understand the concept and purpose of a skirting, they laid the floorboards 3mm away from the skirting then try to fill it up with silicon! And they don’t understand the concept of a ruler, the workmanship is the worst I’ve ever seen in my lifetime! For the premium price I’ve paid they have literally ruined my premium apartment! When I’m not happy with the job they literally walked away without fixing the problem! Totally unprofessional!

I needed to have some water-damaged timbre floorboards replaced in my unit, but the floorboards were no longer in stock. Chelsea had the great idea to use the good floorboards from my small bedroom to replace the water-damaged ones. The team then laid new carpet in the small bedroom. Looks great!

She helped us to choose what is best suits our needs. Price range is good and have lots of good selection and brand. Went for a European brand is if best in the market. Tony Installed the flooring and done a very good job. I recommend Ideal flooring to anyone who needs there floor done to uplift their home.

Exceptionally great! Chelsea was very knowledgeable and well mannered! Constant communication throughout the project. Chelsea went above and beyond trying to source the colour floor board we liked to meet our timeframe.
The workmanships are also excellent we have no issues, they’re friendly and explained on the recommended layout before the works start. We were amazed the whole project for a 2 bedroom apt was completed in less than 8 hours! The layouts and trims are placed really well. We are extremely happy with our new flooring and pleased to find Ideal Floors.
