Step back in time, this place holds many historical innovatives especially with the construction and the period in which it was built.

Great place to visit. You need to check the open date though. And it would be better if they could add more introduction of its history. Will recommend around 40 mins.

The castle has an open day on the 8/9/19 and also in October, the history is well worth checking out. Also go to Greenthorpe great history which is from iandra era

Nice old castle but get there early as it's only open twice a year and gets packed but worth the visit

So much to love about Iandra Castle. The oak panels and the staircase in the entrance hall, the leadlighting throughout the place, the multitude of balconies with excellent views, the gardens, and all so well maintained. I loved it when I had a look during their latest open day - they have open days a couple of times a year, check their website for details. I believe you can hire the place for weddings etc, It would be a lovely venue I'm sure.

What a fantastic place to visit. So glad I made it to the open day as I had heard how good it was. Well organised day with staff to guide you on where to park etc. Great stalls for coffee, sausage sandwiches and even the Junee Licorice Factory was there. Best to arrive early to avoid the crowds later in the day. A highly recommended day to enjoy and learn some local history.

Anyone interested in history and beautiful old historic buildings should take a country trip to see this place on one of its few open today a a year. Highly recommended

Great historical point of interest for the region. Check website for tour dates as this is not open to the public all year round.
