Gave 3 wrong quotes done by a trainee, refused to meet us in the middle with price difference in quotes. Very rude and price gouging. Definitely would not recommend.

Booked in for recall online, called service prior to booking and confirmed, arrived for appointment and they don't have stock of part. Seriously bad service.

A big thank you to all of the staff at Heartland Hyundai Blacktown. Visited on spec to look at the 2021 Tucson as I needed a new vehicle. I was greeted by Jeenal (the new car sales manager) who referred me on to Gavin. Gavin was great; I explained my circumstances to him and he arranged for me to take a Tucson for a test drive. The car drove and handled very well and after some discussion, we came to a mutual deal. I had to wait for a payout to come through and Gavin kept in touch to see how things were progressing along the way.

When the day came to pick up the car I could not have been more impressed. I was greeted by Gavin & Jeenal and made to feel welcome and that it was a special moment. After completing the necessary paperwork, my new Tucson was “revealed” from under a big black cloth. Gavin then spent 20 minutes going over the features of my new Tucson to ensure that I was familiar with it’s operation before he drove it out of the showroom so I could get underway.

This new car delivery was so different (and so much more professional) to the last dealership I dealt with where the new car was not ready, it had not been registered and the plates were not even attached, not much fuel and four tires without much air in them!

I can not recommend Gavin highly enough for his professionalism, attention to detail and overall friendliness. If you are after a new Hyundai, go and see Gavin at Heartland Hyundai!

Went in for a service booked it at 7.30 as I have a job to get to. They didn't have my paper work. They blamed me for not submitting the details online. Even though I got a confirmation email saying everything was fine. Always smart to blame a customer.

I've had many services here and has been great, especially free services up to 50000kms, but today I left about $7 in middle glove compartment, and was stolen when I received the car, reported it, and waiting to hear back, didn't expect this! Luckily nothing else I can see has been taken.
