If you’re looking to purchase a brand new car I strongly recommend going out to this dealership. Richard & Adrian were both incredible people to deal with and are genuine and honest. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more enjoyable and honest experience when purchasing a car.

These guys are legends!

Purchased a BMW M2 from Steven and from the phone inquiry up to the vehicle delivery he was very professional and at the same time quite friendly too. He and his manager was willing to go up and beyond to make the purchase seem almost effortless. Will definitely refer Steven and his fleet of colleagues to family and friends

I recently got my new car Hyundai Venue financed from Heartland Hyundai Blacktown. It was a great experience for me buying my first car. I would personally like to thank Sam Ciappra and Afran Choudhary, who have made our purchase very easy and within 1 week of putting our application we received the keys. I have done three services here for my Hyundai ix35. So far my experience was good except the most recent service. I was recommended to change the tyres at 120K kms. There was no complaints with the service, but the tyre pressure was ~45 psi and I had no clue why they have kept that as my vehicle Max psi was 33 psi. I noticed this only when I was getting my car ready for the long road trip. I tried calling the service station and no one picked up the phone as it was a Saturday. But I went ahead and deflated the air and maintained 33 psi. I am not sure why I was not informed anything about why they kept 45 psi.

Their phone customer service is shocking when trying to book for a service. Three seperate days I was on hold and left three voice messages with no reply. Their voice greeting says they are about customer service. HIRE MORE PEOPLE ON YOUR PHONES.
