Elliot was amazing - provided such great service, was really thorough, and showed me how to set the equipment up.
Unfortunately the showroom was closed for 1.5 hours so I had to wait to shop but Elliot made the experience more positive.

As a photographer who uses a lot of paper backdrops, Hypop is the go-to place I'd recommend. They stock full and half sizes which I'm a fan of.
(I only have half rolls due to the lack of space in my home studio)

Ordered some flat lays and they were a bit damaged on the borders of the paper. Don't think it would ruin the photos but I was a bit disappointed.
One email to customer service and they were super nice and sent some replacements for even the minor issues that I had with some of the flat lays. Awesome service!
