Very knowledgeable staff who were helpful and patient in bringing a novice up to speed. Decent selection of fish and decorations. Will continue to go back as the service was very good.

The boys have stock at the worst times in covid and simplified a virtual click and collect sale. Young Kevin a legend as always. Another point I'd like to make is, they have usually got a exceptional range of healthy fish. There advise on quarantining marine fish and compatibility with one another is excellent. Clowns that go home and have a white spot outbreak clearly have no idea. Check out our Clown Tang purchased from HA. Yeeew

Been buying my feeds, aquarium maintenance kits and fishes here in the past. Today my wife decided to start a new hobby. And the guys in the shop specially Kevin. He has been patient and very helpful with all our questions. Love this shop, they know what they're doing and know the answers to your questions compared to big pet shops. Thanks again guys.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not only are they cocky and think they know it all, but their fish are poor quality and mistreated.
The marine side of the aquarium had white spot disease and when i pointed it out to them they tried to but me down saying I didn't know what i was talking about.
They then proceeded to argue the point saying if i fresh water bath any salt water fish that they would be fine.
I would never buy from this diseased place ever again

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful and a good selection of fish only thing i would change would be overall health of the fish (salt water) fresh seemed fine. And the staff were very choppy with eachother and store was quite cramped 4/5

Unfortunately I bought contaminated fish from this aquarium. They all had white spot and I have now lost all my fish. The staff where nice and friendly however I am extremely disappointed

The staff was great to deal with. They helped choosing plants and decoration which are looking great in my tank. Definitely recommend this shop for aquarium stuff.

The guy with the big tattoo on his arm was really rude. It got annoyed of me asking questions (im a newbie myself) and he just stormed off. The younger guy was very helpful, he definitely carries the whole customer service in the store! The 2 stars are just for him, the other staff needs to work on his attitude!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a great range of fish (both fresh and Saltwater) and a decent amount of plants and corals.
They also had a lot of dry products.

I like the set ups and atmosphere inside the shop but the guy at the counter needs to be more helpful to the visitors as they are there to ask for opinions and advices as a newbie like myself. Or is it the boss not treating them right making their life harder to provide good service to the customer? Whichever it is the boss needs to address such issue if he or she really cares about his business reputation.

However the youngest Asian male staff was super helpful and pleasant. So thank you and the star is purely because of the dealing with you.

I have to say and remind others of my terrible experiences at this shop, I bought everything from this shop, the tank and the fish, and all other start up equipment which cost me hundred dollars already, but the fish they sell you I am not sure the qualities, my fish died 2weeks after I bought them, I tried to do as what they told me to get the water condition right and buying all those things they recommended. And today I bought the water for testing to see if it’s okay to have new fishes since last ones died. They suddenly told me I need to pay $7.5 for the testing and explanation, and worse is the guy who said himself is the boss of the shop accused me being ‘ rude’ and after I said I am not going to spend 7.5 on a simple dip and colour change intepretation when I am constant customer here and buying everything in this shop, The whole test kit won’t cost me more than $65 dollars online which I can use endlessly. The guy is very rude and won’t let other staff to help me buy some fishes, and accused me for ‘ being rude’. And when I ask him where I being rude? He started threaten me to call police and said to me to leave shop, I found it very funny in Australia such shop run their businesses like this, when they can’t get a 7.50 profit from you, they accuse their customers when being questioned and threatens to call police. Hey boss person, you can have the security camera out and see if I have done something rude to you okay? I am only a girl and was never treated this rudely by someone and especially I am a customer. So I feel I have to let others who were unaware of how this person runs the shop if he really is the boss, I certainly won’t visit this shop ever again to buy anything, if you don’t mind paying $7.5 for a water test every time you visit the shop, or being threatened to leave the shop when you just had a happy mood and want to buy some new fishes, go for this shop.
Reply to this owner’s twisted and effortful response , here is my final response for you.

1st, if you have this amount of time trying to cover your own faults and reply online to make your shop look good. You should treat your customer with respect in the first place.

2nd I was never rude to your staff all I said was I don’t think it’s reasonable to charge a water test fee for $7.50 every time something went wrong with the tank or fish which I bought from your shop, In fact, The fish I bought from your shop just lasted 2 weeks and I had followed your staff’s instruction to wait for water condition and bring back for testing to see if safe to buy new fish. No one told me there is a charge for that.
3rd, you are the being very rude and forceful to me to buy your water testing kit or get it tested in shop for $7.5 or spend $75 to buy a kit from your shop, you never give me other options as you wrote online for a variable price.so stop lying online and make yourself innocent.and most important, As I was in the shop, I believe the truth was when you rudely ask me to leave the shop or you threaten to call cops, other customer who is with kid looked shocked at you, I think they didn’t understand why you treated a girl like this.
I state again, Because the fish I bought from your shop died continuously, that’s why I brought water back for testing, I had it tested last time There wasn’t any charges, and nor had anyone told me there is a charge for a simple water testing. I bought everything from this shop, the cleaning equipment, fish food, filters, you can’t just get money from your customers and don’t responsible for their fishes being died even though they have bought everything from your shop, and then you charge money every time they want to find out why their fishes died.

Finally. I don’t have to say anything like how well I speak English, please don’t twist the circumstances, it’s when I spoke to your staff you rudely interrupted me, I said I can understand English for the exact words. I think your customer will see what kind of quality you have, and what you done is very shameful I wouldn’t care to visit this shop again:)

Guy was tattoos and wearing a face mask at the counter seriously needs customer service training. It was very transactional. No advice was given or conversation made and to top it off I had to go out of my way to get noticed to buy something.

I have been visiting the store for years but recently I found a guy with tattoo is very unhelpful and impatient. Other staff members are very helpful and friendly.

Good experience. I went around closing time but Kevin attended me patiently. I would like to go back and explore more on their Saltwater livestock and other items in general. This trip was very specific for some medication so can't say more.

Their staffs and their service was amazing. Helped me get my first nano tank, the soil, plants and everything else. Recommended the best things for my tank and was really honest about not adding Betta immediately.

Definitely not happy with the lack of customer service provided in this store, time and time again. I've worked out that if you're willing to spend big $$$$ and become a regular weekly customer, then you'll be looked after very well (as is evident up on facebook), however, should you only be the occasional blow in, that shops there infrequently, then don't expect to be treated as a valued customer (no matter the amount you spend). This store is only loyal to its big spenders, whose names are easily recognised on marine fish FaceBook sites.

Second time goinf there. Very unhelpful staff we went in there to purchase fish but got no help from the staff so left empty handed and took our business else where won't be going back.
