One staff member extremely rude! Wasn't prepared to listen regarding equipment I attempted to return less than 7 days ago. Spoke over the top of me! In the end I retaliated then told to leave the shop!

Best aquarium shop anywhere. Best prices on fish, food, the lot. Great knowledgeable staff too

I used to shop here a lot but the service has gotten increasingly bad. I visited a week ago and a young boy served me and I realised I was missing one fish when I got home. Now I have lost all the fish I bought (died a few days apart) and have gotten a white spot infection in the tank killing all of my long time residents. Don’t shop here.

Sorry guys but everytime I listen to your advice my tank ends up in being shut down. Enough is enough. I won't be returning. I understand that you want to make money, but it should not be at the cost of an entire set up.

These guys are amazing. Helped me with a new tank, excellent advice. Not like other pet stores, basically said not selling you any fish till your tank is chemically balanced correctly. Happy little fish are now thriving.

This place is really one of the best when it comes to fish, coral, equipment and most of all information. Had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin and to be honest these guys sure know their stuff. They were helpful in every possible way. From going through so much detail when helping me understand the Saltwater aquarium hobby and tried to identify what exactly it was that I was trying to achieve. I've been to many aquarium shops and I must say Kevin and Hayden have a true passion for anything aquarium related and that translates into a well informed customer knowing how and why things are done to better my reef keeping skills. Couldn't see myself going anywhere else.

Been coming to Hurstville Aquarium for several years now for all my fish tank needs. Every single time the service here is excellent in every aspect. Every single staff member knows exactly what they are talking about, every person here is experienced and helpful.
Prices are very reasonable, their range of products and livestock is great.

Took 30 minutes to explain coral set up, placement and plenty of other things. By far the best aquarium store I have been to!

I visited late on Saturday afternoon and this store was busy! No wonder, lots of great fish, coral, clams, just about anything you could need! I only picked up two comets but really patient and thorough advice from a team member. Thanks! I’ll be back:)

Very bad customer service. I took my two daughters in to buy fish for them for Xmas. We were treated like we were a nuisance when we asked a question. No customer service at all. Two weeks on and we now have 2 dead fish. When I called to let them know there was no apology it had to be our fault and they blamed the water. We did everything they told us to do. We will never return to the shop again. Very bad experience. They are money makers

Very helpful staff and was more concerned about the welfare of fish and making sure we understand how to look after rather than making sales. Will be back to purchase soon.
