Beautiful way to spend a few hours. Enjoy the trails around the wetlands, including a 4km walk around the perimeter, plus multiple towers and piers overlooking the ponds. Spot plenty of wild birds and native plantlife, and then relax in the cafe with an open air overlook of the surrounds. Great burgers and chips, and a lovely staff dedicated to preserving this little piece of Australian wildlife

It was a bit disappointing when I went. Not much water and mosquitoes where out in force. Don't forget the repellent of/when you go.

Lots of walks and other activities. Picnic spot, kids playground and a great cafe with a lovely view.
