My experience with Hunter Bathrooms was average. Natasha was very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed working with her. Otherwise I found Shady and the contractors quite frustrating. The renovation went way overtime and caused significant damage to my house and furniture. The experience would have been improved with better communication. The overall renovation was adequate, but there have been some ongoing issues that are still yet to be resolved almost a year later.

Right from the outset and our first meeting with Natasha we felt very comfortable with choosing Hunter Bathrooms to do the renovations on our en-suite and main bathroom.
Natasha was very knowledgeable and gave us some great ideas. Having a showroom that we could see everything in one place made a big difference. Also knowing that the tradies all worked for Hunter Bathrooms was another advantage that helped make our decision.

During the building phase we could not have been happier with the level of engagement and communication we had from Shady who managed the project from start to finish.
Shady kept us informed on when certain trades would be attending and they were always on time and very respectful. Shady was always responsive to our requests or questions we had throughout the process.

The workmanship was of a high standard and they took a lot of care and pride in their work. We are extremely pleased with the final result.

I highly recommend that if you are considering any type of bathroom renovations you cannot go past Hunter Bathrooms. You will not be disappointed.

I chose Hunter Bathrooms initially for a kitchen and bathroom renovation but was so impressed with the service and workmanship I decided to renovate my whole apartment. The quotes were competitive and the team were excellent from day 1. Natasha guided me through the design, choosing and sourcing products. She was knowledgeable, professional and reliable. Shady went over and above to keep the renovation on time, communicate with his team and ensure the quality of work was excellent. We recently completed a bathroom renovation with Hunter Bathrooms. Couldn't be happier with the final product. Despite a slow start due to the Christmas/January slowdowns, Shady and his team kept to timelines and did a high quality job.

Hunter Bathrooms recently renovated (including removal of walls and reconfiguring) our family bathroom and ensuite. We are extremely happy with the quality of both bathrooms, the process and all the trades people that worked on them, but my hall and bedroom carpets did suffer in the process. Having said that we would use Hunter Bathrooms again and happily recommend them.

We recently underwent a significant renovation in Point Piper. Shady and the team where extremely professional and efficient. Logistically this was a difficult job, but nothing was a problem for the team @ Hunter. The finished product has exceeded our expectations, and I'd be more than happy to use the Hunter Building Group again and recommend them to others.

We picked Hunter to renovate our 2 large upstairs bathrooms from 5 quotes. From the start, Natasha impressed us with their defined & transparent process. Having a local showroom meant we could look at their design style, check out their product rang and workmanship. I have OCD & cannot deal with mislignment, my #1 requirement is that the floor & wall tiles has to line up at every grout line. Shady managed our project and appointed the best tiler. We were living in the house during the 6 week renovation so have more of an appreciation for the amount of work that took place. It was dusty, yes. Unbearable, a little, but the finished bathrooms lived up to our high expectation. "Five-star hotel bathrooms" are what our friends & families thought. Hunter bathrooms have just completed our ensuite and master bedroom renovation. They completed it quickly due to imminent baby arrival but didn't rush so quality is there. My certifier was very impressed with the work and the attention to detail was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and Shady was always available for questions and clarification. Would absolutely recommend them and will use them again!

Our experience with Hunter Building Group has been wonderful. We were amateurs to renovations, but Hunter Building was able to guide us through the process, from the initial quote, design, selection of PC items, use of trades, acquisition of appliances and up until ultimate completion.

Natasha attended our property three times to measure, discuss design and ultimately finalise the quote. The quotation we received was detailed which gave us further assurance that Hunter Building were the one. Natasha’s experience was exhibited immediately through her professionalism and insight. Her experience ensured our expenditure of money was for items which would add value to the property and to the design of the home. Natasha also assisted us in picking PC items for the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, including attending a retail tiler to select tiles and negotiating the purchase of appliances for these rooms. This level of service is impossible to find in the market, value of money is more than worth it, and given the scale and time invested, the quote was more than reasonable. This level of service is a competitive advantage Hunter Building has over the market.

MJ managed our build from the demolition of the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, removal of floors, and removal of a structural wall, to the installation of a support beam, sand and cementing the floors, renovation of the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. As we both work full-time and were unable to be on site for days on end, MJ would meet us early in the morning to provide updates and future schedule for work to be completed. MJ was always contactable, whether it was 6am or midnight. We respect MJ for his openness and frankness and he is committed to his customers. His manner in which he places customer satisfaction as a priority was demonstrated each time we attended the showroom and the final finish we have obtained. The before and after images of our renovations shock a number of people, and we could not be happier to begin our lives in this wonderful home.

Sam was responsible for the design and installation of our kitchen and laundry. Sam’s eye for detail and creativeness ensured we obtained a useable kitchen and laundry with plenty of storage. Our kitchen has become a focal point in our house.
We have already commenced recommending Hunter Building to our family and friends. We would not hesitate in using Hunter Building again in the future

At the end of the day, the level of service, workmanship, quality and final finish you obtain is reflectively of price. Our decision to retain Hunter Building was based on a number of factors, including trustworthiness, gut instinct, level of service, experience, detail of documentation, professionalism and price. It would be a severe misfortunate if we had based our decision merely on price. We cannot emphasis how critical quality of work is directly linked to cost.

Throughout this process we have acquired friends in MJ, Natasha and the team at Hunter Building. We are extremely grateful for the home we now have, and cannot wait to begin making unforgettable memories in our home.

This is the first time we had renovated and we were apprehensive as we did not know who to engage or what to expect. All the Hunter kitchen team (including tradies) were professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable and produced high quality workmanship from the carpenter to the painter to the joinery- everyone worked together as a team. We always felt we were in good hands and the project finished a lot quicker than we expected, which was fantastic. Our new kitchen has changed our lives forever, we love our new kitchen. I only obtained one quote for my ensuite project. As soon as I met Natasha I was so impressed with her professionalism and her suggestions for my ensuite I felt confident that Hunter Bathrooms would deliver what I wanted. My impressions were backed up when I visited Hunter Bathrooms showroom where I could see the style and quality of their designs and products.
Natasha was so good at guiding me towards the best choices and truthfully telling me if she felt I would be disappointed if I chose an unsuitable design. She would ring me back immediately if I emailed her with any worries.
Shady is an amazing project manager. He knew exactly where our project was at any given time and even though he was working on other projects, he always got back to us immediately if we had a concern.
The team of builders, brickworkers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tilers, waterproofers, painters, silicone sealers, cleaners, delivery people and wardrobe builders was very easy to deal with. I am very grateful to all those people for their contributions to my ensuite.
Hunter Bathrooms have built for me the most beautiful, elegant ensuite. I'm pleased I went with my first instincts.

We just recently got our kitchen done by Hunter kitchens at our unit in Sutherland. Not only were they professional they were efficient and very respectful of our neighbours with noise etc. The kitchen itself is beautiful and looks amazing, better than we could have imagined. They were easy to deal with during the whole process and continued to check in with us to ensure that we were happy during each step. We would definitely recommend this company and if we move and need our kitchen or bath room done we will be going through them again. I recently had my bathroom designed and renovated by Hunter Bathrooms. The process was easy and effortless Natasha was very smart in finding a solution for my small space. The whole team was friendly and experienced ecpecially my project manager Shady, I now love coming into my bathroom. The price was fair and most inportantly the quality of work was perfect. The showroom had so much options and open on the weekend.

We had our bathroom renovated by Hunter Bathrooms and this was a very regrettable decision. They’re the most unprofessional tradesmen in Sydney. They will delay your renovation to the extent that you lose all your excitement of getting a brand new bathroom. We have suffered from this and still suffering for more than 10 months now.
Absolutely no customer service what so ever. They are all smoke and mirrors.a very nice showroom and it ends there. Their tradesmen are very dishonorable and every time I had an issue after the works had been completed they would use ”scare tactics”. I hope no one has to go through the nightmare that we have had to go through.

We recently renovated our kitchen, bathroom and laundry. We have a semi-detached older style home in the Inner west. The job was challenging to say the least. Shady and the team at Hunter Bathrooms really brought the areas back to life.

We have fully functioning spaces that look great. We have never done Reno's before, so it was all a learning curve but the team took us through the process, and their impressive Auburn showroom was a great source of inspiration for picking the products we needed to complete our design dreams.

I recently conducted a complete renovation of a run-down property that we purchased, which included a full kitchen, main bathroom, en-suite and laundry rebuilds, in addition to custom wardrobe cabinetry in bedrooms and a significant amount of tedious tiling (including difficult to lay timber tiles).

After the painstaking process of having multiple quotes (12 different groups to be exact) for the kitchen re-build, we thankfully stumbled across the Hunter group. From quote to completion, the Hunter group maintained a level of professionalism in communication and execution that is absolutely second to none.

Natasha, our main point of contact, facilitated any of our queries day and night, weekday and weekend. Throughout the entire project, given the scale of their different businesses and services, they were able to deliver specific requests that other suppliers said was too difficult, including an impressive custom bi-fold door system in our laundry that is the envy of our friends and family.

They were able to complete our entire project within weeks of quoting, My wife and I are absolutely grateful that we stumbled across the hunter group.

Our only regret is that we didnt find them earlier so we could have saved the headache of scouring through so many other suppliers.

I will definitely be putting Hunter group forward to my entire network for any works that the Hunter group may be able to assist with.

Our ensuite bathroom was renovated by Hunter Bathrooms in Nov 2018. Natasha their sales rep listened to our requirements and she was able to give us a visual of how our bathroom would turn out in the meeting. The completed bathroom is beautiful and I would like to congratulate the Hunter team for a job well done. Their team of trades' workmanship was excellent and I was most impressed with the manner they in which they conducted themselves - professional and courteous. (Good job Shaddy).
We also had a beautiful walk in robe done by the Hunter Group. The workmanship was very good too. Very happy with both jobs.
