I recently purchased a house in Beverly Hills with Sunny being the vendors agent. Sunny was very straightforward and clear about the process from the first day we met and everything from inspection to exchange of contracts was wrapped up within a week with minimal fuss. Additionally, Sunny helped out with a couple of things during the settlement process which he didn't need to do, which is the thing that stands him out as a very good agent in my eyes. Hopefully can deal with him again with future properties! Excellent services provided by Sunny! Highly recommended him to every buyer or seller!

HT Wills in St George has been managing by property for several years now. During this time they have taken great care of it, and their communication and responsiveness is excellent. I am dealing with HT wills real estate and it has been almost four yours, I’m renting house with the help of them. Rose was very unprofessional
Worst ever experience as tenant with this company. After they confirm the notice of move out and final settlement, they created drama on 20th day of notice period saying we can’t move out until next month but we’re already moved out almost week ago. Rose said she forgot to check lease paper before she confirmed the moving out date and realised on 20th day. Still they charge me 3 weeks rent and also too many drama about missing keys. Which only cost $6 each to copy they charged around $450.

Dear tenants please think twice before leasing with Company

HT wills was very unprofessional when I had rented an apartment through them.
The never take care of actual house cleanliness before handing over the keys, once you complain they will.show you receipt of payment done for the cleaning as a proof lols.
And very illogical with their arguments and infact threatening to impose more charges if you don't take your complain back.

I had pathetic experience for the first property I rented via HT wills hurstville.

We bought a unit through Chris and it was a painless experience.

Very approachable, very easy to communicate with, nice and relatable. Chris is a hard worker, putting in long hours to help out his clients. Our schedule meant that a lot of the time we had to ask for after-hours appointments, and Chris was always happy to accommodate us.

He's an honest agent who gives you fair opinions, but also isn't afraid to admit he doesn't know something. But the great thing about Chris is that he'll find out for you, and no query goes unanswered.

Even though we were buyers and he was representing the sellers, there were moments when I thought he was on our side.e. G. Encouraging us to call up the sellers on certain imperfections (such the broken range hood). I appreciated that.

You won't go wrong with Chris. But the only downside with him is that after we settled he gave us a gift. What's wrong with that, I hear you fine people ask. Well, the shirts inside the gift bag were an XL and 2XL. Far out mate, how fat do you think we are?

I'm kidding of course. Chris does his profession credit.

Worst agent we have ever deal with. When we moved in Feb 2020, the place was not clean. Arranged the aircon guy to install the aircon the same day we were moving in. After moved in, 2 bedrooms and laundry room got no electricity. Stove after used, can't switch it off. Took them 3 weeks to get someone in to rectify the stove and installed a new one. 2 months staying, rubbish still in the garage when was told that it will be removed before we moved in. Inspection report ticked everything was cleaned and working. They dint even bother to check, they ticked for the sake of ticking I guess. When we moved out, little petty things to find fault with. Mirrors in bathroom and Mirrors Wardrobe were not clean. Oven door got streak lines. Seriously, when we moved in, we were not even sure if these were cleaned cos there were so many more serious issues with the unit. Yes, they only looked after the owners but sad to say / reminder to them that the tenants are the one paying the rent. Without US, they will be no income for you! Covid hit us after we moved in, 7 months down, we requested for rental assistance. Was told that we will need to pay back if things were back to normal. No compassion, Not understanding.just a lot of BS sad to say!

John and Christopher of HT Wills put in a lot of hard works and efforts to sell my property. There was setbacks but they never gave up and at the end the result was good. I am very happy and really appreciate their helps during the past few months. I will definitely ask them to help again in future should I need any property service.

Jason was by far the most personable agent I've come across during my house hunting period. He was open and honest about the property that I ended up purchasing, which is important to me given it was my first purchase!
