Cannot believe you can agree on a price through real estate agent and vendor only to have someone come in an hr later with a higher price and then it is no longer yours. What happened to verbal agreements. Am I upset and unhappy at the moment. Extremely yes

Lochie went out of his way to show me everything available after I had enquired about one property. He took time to meet after the office had closed and we looked at places to 9pm that night. We met a few days later and looked at more that had come onto the market. We went to one not finished but it was so good and Lochie was amazing in coming up with solutions as I was not confident to buy off the plan. He arranged to meet with Tim, the project manager and Gianni at the office who managed all of the issues I had so I was then confident to buy.
After contracts were signed Lochie invited me to lunch and have another look at the progress of the build. Lochie is the only genuine and sincere person (Tim and Gianni excepted) I have met the whole time I have been looking for a property. I put my trust in him and HT Wills and I dont regret it. Everything they said would happen has and Lochie has made the whole process easy. I don't have enough praise for Lochie and I hope to keep in contact in the future. I would recommend him and HT Wills to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Thanks to Sandy Huang for being so accommodating and a good listener when I have issues/complaints which needs to be fixed and she is there to help and provides immediate action. She is a great asset to HT wills. I Just hope all your staff is like her.

I recently rented an apartment with the help of Nik and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nik was extremely helpful in finding a rental unit that fit my budget and desired location, and he made the application process very easy. In fact, after I submitted my application, it only took 30 mins to get everything approved and sorted out.

Very bad experience with real estate.during our stay we have maintained the unit so well and didn't ask for a single maintenance thing during our stay but when I left the unit I believe we clean better than the unit I move in first but rose the manager claimed all the bond money.

They will treat you like garbage. They will force you to stay in a home with raw sewerage and if you leave, rather than fix the problem, then they will take you To the tribunal for Not paying rent to live in raw sewage… it cost them but they didn’t care, the landlord had to pay…. Very traumatic experience dealing with heartless “professional’s”. Just the worst experience with so many broken promises….

My sister and I purchased two apartments through HT Wills as first home buyers, and the experience with Sonny was very unpleasant. At first Sonny, appears kind and friendly but when he has you signed he disappears. He only contacted us when the seller wasn’t happy with us extending the cooling off period. During this time we were inundated with messages and calls from Sonny telling us not to be difficult. When our issues with the property were resolved with the seller, and the cooling off period ended. Sonny disappeared, and even on settlement we didn’t even hear from them. As first home buyers, we saw our friends receive gifts from their agents, but Sonny and Steve the director of HT wills didn’t even put in a message or phone call. They even managed to mess up the contracts which were sent to my solicitor! After that, Sonny saw my mum and she told him how we felt, he reassured us something was coming. To date, we have received nothing at all.
I would not recommend them, overall they are very unprofessional and by their conduct not interested in looking after purchasers, instead the sellers. Overall, very poor experience.

Our initial impression of HT Wills was very good. The real estate agent showing the property was friendly and our property manager was lovely. All the documentation was in place at the day of signing and it was very professional. We were happy with the service and at that time I would leave a 5 star review.

Unfortunately, upon moving in we noticed the property has not been cleaned thoroughly and we had to pay a cleaning company to do clean the place again. We also realised on the first night that the roof in the main bedroom is leaking and water is dripping on the carpet (rainy day).

After a week or so, we noticed that the condition report has not been done thoroughly as the dishwasher and the air-conditioning in the main bedroom were not working and soon the dryer stopped working. The agency was responsive to our emails, but it would normally take 2 to 3 weeks for these issues to be resolved and we had to send follow up emails to find out where the repairs are at. The communication could definitely be improved.

I was holding off writing this review as it seemed like the agency tried solving the problems, but we have now been renting for 6 months and our roof is still leaking. There seems to be very poor communication between the agency and the strata. We had to move our furniture from the main bedroom as there seems to be a risk of the roof collapsing with the amount of leaks we see on the ceiling. The agency is yet again contacting the strata regarding the issue, and we’ve been told to ‘try not to think about it’. The previous email regarding this was sent to the agency before Christmas and we’ve been told they’ll contact us after communicating with strata, but we did not hear from them at all until I sent another email a month later.

Overall, we had a good experience in the very beginning, but it seems like there are some communication issues and the repairs are organised very slowly or inadequately (the roof leaking for 6 months now). I would consider choosing a different agency if you want to save yourself stress and writing many follow up emails/phone calls.

I am sharing this review for Rose and Val. Rose had been my property agent and Val introduced me to the services of HT wills at the time of desperation. Both had been very helpful and treated well myself as property owner and my tenants. They are very kind and fair. Thank you for a very good experience.
