AMAZING! I thought weeding would be easier with the Stand-up Weed Puller but this is next level BASIC! From small weeds to big thick stemmed ones, my Stand-up Weed Puller is the best thing ever. No fuss, gets the whole weed and leaves the dirt behind. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We have been using Hoselink products for years and they have consistently been high quality units backed up with absolutely top notch customer service. The products are well made and made to last for the long haul. On the very rare occasion we have had potential warranty issues, the problems were addressed and resolved in a very timely manner and without fuss. You can trust they stand behind everything they sell. We highly recommend them for your garden needs.

We are very happy with our Hoselink equipment. We have 7 hose reels installed in the 2 acres of garden on our 10 acre property, and more still to be purchased!

The reels and fittings are generally well designed and robust. We really only have one frustration which I'm sure is shared by many happy Hoselink customers;

The flow controller fitting has a yellow plastic handle to control flow. This handle quickly becomes brittle and breaks with constant UV exposure. Yes, Hoselink provide replacement levers, but it would be better if the lever was made of a more durable material to prevent frequent breakage and replacement. And this would also prevent a small addition to the global waste plastic stream.

It is unfortunate that such a great product range is marred by such unnecessarily annoying failures which can so easily be prevented by selection of more suitable materials.

Great hose fittings and best hose real on the market backed by exceptional and fast customer service.

There was a moral reason why i stopped using Amazon.
But unfortunate its takes 3 days to pick and pack a product from hoselink ad now stuck in transit. Total of 7 days till it arrives. I want to start purchasing from local business to support them but they have to look at their efficiency in processing. Amazon 1 day

Excellent quality products, fast delivery, good communication and clear information/instructions. This is done 9f the best service and products I have ever had. Recommend to everyone who are fed up with useless water fittings.

Host link misting system needs universal tap fiiting. I brought misting system and whilst happy with the product would have liked to know that I needed universal tap fitting that did not come with kit I brought. It's shown on installation video but wasn't part of the kit. So I needed to purchase plus pay postage. If I realised this I would have puchased with initial order.

Bought the Hoselink 20 metre retractable hose. Easy to setup and use. What I like best is the standard spray gun which has the perfect flow rate compared to all the spray guns I’ve had in the past. All components are very well made.

Love the 30m light coloured hoselink reel but the black one is awful. Not only the colour but the birds seem to love sitting on it and pooping over it. Plus the dust on it, dreadful.
They leave the light coloured one alone. I have a cover, light colour over the light one.no birds, nothing, have seen the black one with bird poop over it. Would not be happy with that one.
Not happy Jan if someone got me that one. No way.

Start out wonderful. Had all products I've bought replaced at 1 time or another and the replacements all failed too over time. I now AM going to Bunnings and have to buy all these items again from another company. I'm done with hoselinks constant issues.

My Hoselink was a month out of warranty when I called the office to try and get a tip/advice on an issue with my hoselink to fix a retracting issue. Without question they offered to send out a replacement hose. Incredible customer service and understanding of their product and customers. Have since gone onto the website and ordered some accessories. Highly recommend. Great business.

Good products - I bought a full setup - however then I bought several connectors/adaptors separately and then they would not supply me with a hose without connectors - pretty slack customer service

Edit* I don't know why you sell the fittings separately if they "have to be fitted at the factory"

I ordered some spray guns from hoselink and tried one today worked well.
I'll be ordering from hoselink again when I need anything else.

Love Hoselink great product have purchased 3 reels in the past couple of years however will avoid for my next property as its manufactured in China. It would be great to see it moved to another low cost manufacturing nation and not China.

I bought the stand up weeding thing some time ago. Unfortunately it soon broke, however Hoselink were very quick in stepping up to resolve the situation. They immediately offered a full refund or a replacement. The tool seemed to be good quality, and worked well for the brief time I used it, so I opted for the replacement.

The replacement soon arrived and it has been working well so far. Hopefully I just got a one-of dud from the factory, but its reassuring to know the company will stand by its products.

Some time ago so purchased a 30 m hose reel with all fittings from hoselink and had the unfortunate experience of the retracting part failing. My brother contacted Hoselink to seek a replacement part. To our surprise and delight a new replacement 30m hose with all the parts arrived. Awesome customer service thank you very much. Love your products.

Excellent service, i had a issue with a product, contacted hose link and had a immediate response with the spare parts arriving within 7 days, i will always be a customer of hose link, great service.

Decided to purchase a 20m Hoselink kit on line during the Black Friday sales. Still more expensive than most other brands but I expected a higher quality product. I was not disappointed. The product arrived on time at my front door and took just minutes to set up. Good quality materials, well designed and no leaks. My wife tried it and she loved how easy it was to use. Highly recommended!

Just got off an online chat about a faulty connector and the whole experience was awesome and seamless.did it all while sitting on the couch watching TV.product is great and robust mostly although the hose connector did break after a year and a half.the return process so far has out weighed any inconvenience though.my biggest regret will be living with the lie I’ll have to tell my wife about how hard the return process was which is why I took 4 months to ask about a warranty.

I thought I bought a product made in Australia. Unfortunately made in China! Will not buy again. So disappointed! Manufacturers will never learn!
