I received my order really quickly. Fitted my hose reel and am really happy with the quality of the products. I also ordered the wrong size hose reel covers and contacted Hoselink to exchange. Got in contact with me straight away and resolved my issue in minutes. Great customer service. Natasha was very helpful. Highly recommend this product.

Purchased a compact portable hose reel that broke inside after a few months, was sent a new one the next day. Very happy with their customer service and support. All the other hoselink products purchased have been excellent.

The order came in actually in one week.
I am missing the Long-Reach Pivot Gutter Cleaner and washers from the hardware pack. I did an online live chat and sent them pictures. I got the replace on it way with further questions. Received the delivery message and hopefully will come next week. Very impressive because usually other companies it will take a few investigations before replacement. This gave you a five stars rating.

What can be improve?
The plastic bag double sided tape is not well secured. I suspect the Long-Reach Pivot Gutter Cleaner might have drop out of the bag and resealed back in place during delivery.

Purchased 2 covers for my hose cases, both have faded and changed colours. Disappointing as love the other products I have purchased

I've bought a few things from Hoselink over the years. The service I have received from them has been 2nd to none. I coresponded with Cleo via email. Absolutely brilliant service. If you buy hoselink, you will be looked after with any issue may have!

I have the hi-flow 30m hose reel and its been working flawlessly for over 7 years. I recently ordered some new connectors and a watering gun. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong type for my hose and the lovely customer service person that took my call was kind enough to replace all of my order free of charge. Now that is customer service! I very rarely leave reviews but this is not the first time I have experienced such fantastic after care service. Well Done Hoselink so felt compelled to say thanks!

Bought a 30m hose and assorted fittings, as a Xmas gift for a family member.

From the get-go, everything was great. The online ordering process was simple and efficient, and customer service and communications were excellent. (Two thumbs up to Ryan, who went above-and-beyond to ensure I received all my items when one of my parcels was missing in transit.)

We've been using the hose ever since, and it, the fittings, and various attachments, all seem very sturdy and work well. There's not a leak in sight. Now, only time will tell how durable and long-lasting they will be.

I'm blown away with their amazing service. I purchased a reel when moving house and it took me around 2 years to get around to putting it in and using it. There was a small faulty part which I emailed them about. Hoselink responded straight away and have sent a complete new reel. Free of charge. Just amazing and brilliant to deal with.

Never worked from the start. ‘Customer care’ just kept telling me to follow the FAQ, which never worked and therefore have a length of about 2m which never recoils - gave up in the end.
Would not waste my money nor time on this product and service.

Add me to the group of fans. We bought 4 hi-flow reels 3-4 years ago and accessories. They are all going great except one seemed to have a problem recoiling. I tried all the self-help videos and finally took a video of ours and emailed it in. A couple of days later I get response saying that while they are out of warranty it is a very rare/unusual problem I am having so they will replace it free (I pay delivery). I like supporting companies that treat customers well without having to be dragged into assisting so I decided I wanted to try some of the solar lights out and added them to the invoice. I was then told I don't have to pay delivery on the reel anymore because I had bought items totalling over $100 and they would add the reel to my shopping order and deliver it free.

This is precisely where other stores might take 'opportunity' over customer service. Hoselink could have still said the reel delivery is $30 and fair enough. Instead, they have a lifelong customer who is an advocate for their service and products.

Really good quality products. The retractable hose reel is great quality and never gets stuck when winding up. They also have absolutely brilliant customer service!

Wonderful customer service! Friendly and helpful letting me know where to find information (loads of helpful videos online).
Also they hold true to their guarantee - my handheld sprayer didn't seem to be working and they replaced it no problems.

Great customer service, bought a whole heap of hoses and sprinklers 7 years ago, one connector burst last week and instead of making me pay for a replacement (which I was going to do) they sent out the replacement for free. Their hoses are a great Father’s Day gift or house warming present.

Purchased the fertiliser mixer sprayer. Mixer sprayer never worked waste of 40 odd dollars. Would never purchase hoselink products again

Amazing customer service!
We have bought hoselink reels in the past and been extremely happy with the products supplied. We had a problem with one of our reels a couple of years ago and even though it was officially out of warranty, they replace it with a minimum of fuss. We just purchased a new one for our new house, and it had a leak in the body when we hooked it up. Matt in customer service has sent us a replacement with no questions asked and no fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend any Hoselink product. Thanks Matt.
