My 18 year old daughter (Georgina) bought her first car from Hornsby Toyota. We want to thank in particular Chris Caldecott (finance department) and Hamish McMillan (pre-owned cars) for doing such a great job in communicating with my daughter and I and explaining every step of the buying/finance process in words that we could easily understand. Our first inspection/ test drive was on a Sunday and by the following weekend the deal was done and we drove the car home. Since that time the car was brought in for the first service and once again the process was hassle-free. We highly recommend Hornsby Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from them.

If you want to meet a good and polite agent, the most important thing is whether you have luckiness. Sometimes it is difficult to meet, just let it be.

I recently purchased a Toyota Kluger Hybrid from Hornsby Toyota. The service was terrific and the communication regarding the delivery timeframe was exceptional. Thanks to Kenny who looked after us from start to delivery.

The finance team are amazing, well trained easy to deal with them, one of the saler on the other hands, not into his job, I left with no info and no help, I bought a mazda next door on that day. Too bad for them.

Terry and his team went above and beyond to show me the RAV4 and all it's features, super helpful for helping me decide on which car was best.

I had an appointment with Stav to view and test drive 2 used cars at 10: 30 am on a Sunday. It took me 3 buses and a train to get to Hornsby Toyota as there was train track repairs that weekend. I got there at 10am and Stav said I was too early. The colour of one of them was not appropriate so I decided not to test drive the car but I wanted to test drive the Toyota Corolla to get a feel for a 2. OL engine because I wanted to buy that model when the right vehicle comes along. Before doing the test drive, Stav asked me if I would buy that car today. The car was scratched and had a lot of mileage on it so I told him I wouldn't buy that one today. He then told me he has to help his colleague take a few cars out and to come back at 11am, even though my appointment was at 10: 30 am and it was 10am. The fact that i wasn't going to buy the car that day he was just being so rude and money minded like a typical salesman. He made me feel so uncomfortable that i told him i wouldn't come back at 11am. NEVER EVER book an appointment with STAV at Toyota Hornsby. He's a hideous man. You'll do yourself a great service. I will NEVER EVER go back there. He has no sense if customer service. All the best and good luck to Stav for his excellent attitude and behaviour towards a customer.

I bought a used Toyota Corolla Hybrid from Hornsby Toyota and was very happy with the service I received from Stav. He knew what I wanted and as soon as one became available, he called me in, took me for a test drive, I bought it and it was ready to pick up in just a couple of days. As simple as that! Very pleased.

Want to say a huge thank you to Stav for all your help and patience. You have been an absolute champion throughout the whole experience with the purchase of my new van. Thanks mate

Visit to eBay shop as trade customer despite calling 3 separate times no call was returned for confirmation of part. As eBay was showing 2 parts in stock I purchased. Then called up to arrange carriage twice.no returned call again.
Called again and now told by phone and eBay messenger THEY DIDN'T HAVE PART ADVERTISED despite listing 2. Asked for refund and despite calling again a further 3 times have had no response, no refund and no explanation. I then went to my local trade parts and secured The part 30% CHEAPER won't use this service again
