Just bought a second hand Corolla from Hornsby Toyota and had such a great experience working with Shane and Michael. The team helped me find, buy and service the car so quickly and for a great price.

I might have pestered them a bit during my 562-day wait, but I always received an honest response (even when Paul had no new updates). 250kms on Day 1 in my new gorgeous REDRAV and I can confirm 100% that it was ‘worth MY wait”!

I contacted Hornsby Toyota dealership for the failure of my car's seatbelts, so I was passed to service dept and in the middle of my talk they hung up the phone! (can you believe it? !). I contacted again, this time they connected me to their workshop and the guy behind the phone said we can definitely help and said I still have warranty but they're not sure if this fault is under extended warranty! So he said "I will connect you to another person" and the phone was hung up again! Is this the QUALITY the Toyota advertises? ! I definitely will not buy any Toyota anymore and tell my terrible experiences to anybody and anywhere about terrible Toyota dealership services. Both their cars and services are terrible! My car is under 70k and my radio unit failed 6 months ago and they didnt fix it because of not being under warranty and now this experience.
You will lose your customers and any dissatisfied customer will discourage so many other people

Now driving a fabulous 2017 Toyota Yaris!
The advertised price of a 6-year-old Toyota Yaris (Hornsby Toyota) caught my interest on Friday, 29th July, 2023, and I wondered if it was worth buying. Two days later, my car loan was approved. The next Friday, I drove that same car out of Hornsby Toyota’s showroom, a happy customer!

NEVER GO HERE! I got my first service done here. I picked up my car and once home saw that they had damaged the rear bumper. I called the next day. They said it was existing damage and they had photos of prior to my service. I said great email me a copy. They said they didn't have photos. They said they had a damage report. Again I said great email that to me. They refused. I went and saw the Service manager. He produced a damage report that had a X on the area I told them about and an X where there is no damage. I pointed out that they have not got an X for the scratch from a car door or the small dent on the report. DON'T SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE unless you don't care if they damage it. Zero stars. I had to take my car back because it started to leak oil from this service. They did fix that with no hassle - one star for that.

Had my 2008 toyota prado towed in for inspection for the all to common cracked piston. Google it or join the facebook page if you wish. Car had full service history and only 128k kms. Was lied to on multiple occassions by everyone from the general manager, spare parts manager to the service manager.

They all acted their part perfectly saying they had never heard of the issue before. Problem is my friends car also had same issue at same dealership and spoke to the same people who told me they had never heard of it. After a compression test it was confirmed as a cracked piston. Was fed dribble like its a 14 year old car, but keep in mind pistons arent a serviced item and need replacement. The car died at 128000kms with stamped logbook servicing and they refused to help me. Many dealerships offered to fight on the customers behalf and have had success with Toyota Australia, but not this dealership.

So after multiple lies, incorrect information contradicting toyota service bulletins i had the pleasure of no car for 2 months, spend $9000 for a reco engine fitted and a reduced value to sell when u mention "reconditioned engine"

I will never step foot in another toyota dealership (we were a toyota family with 2 prados, 5 previous corollas and a fleet of hiluxs for a landscaping business). No more renewed hiluxs for fleet vehicles and a cancelled 300 series landcruiser order. I know toyota dont car and it wont make a dent in their bottom line, but pistons are meant to last the life of an engine. If less than 130k kms is an expected engine than i guess they clearly arent "unbreakable". Wasnt prepared to spend $22000 to fix toyotas manufacturing fault.

Bought a Corolla from this dealership, came with obvious external damage that Bruce from Hornsby Toyota swore (with a handshake) would be rectified the following week. Then proceeded to ignore my repeated calls and emails for months - a complete and utter lack of professionalism. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this dealership.

I drove my second hand mistubishi Lancer sedan for 8 years and having to separate from it was the saddest thing for me, but I knew it was time. The most nervous I felt about purchasing a brand new vehicle was the affordability, but after much research I noticed that buying a brand new car was better than getting another second hand car. This was my first time looking to Toyota. I watched you tube videos from the renouned critics and all the comparisons to other car brands. Most things made sense but it wasn't until Elijah Rayward at Toyota Hornsby took me through all the features that come with Toyota SUV vehicles that I felt I was making the right decision. He was knowledgeable about each product and the production behind it, he let me test drive the Toyota chr GXL AWD SUV. It was all just easy and he explained everything in the simplest way so I could understand, from the vehicle properties to the financial aspect of purchasing a new car. Picked up my baby on the 26th of May and I'm obsessed. Thank you to Toyota and to Elijah for your efforts, time and kindness through out my experience.

We purchased a demo model Toyota Yaris Cross at this dealership and had a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble (even when our 3 year old wet her pants whilst sitting on one of their chairs - yikes!). Service was fantastic, everything was very easy. There was no pressure at all and every question we could think of was answered in great deal and with total openness. Highly recommend this dealership, thank you!
