43Absolutely amazing customer service and the carpet fitted looks even better than we could have imagined. I’m not a big carpet fan but the mixture of wood and carpet has changed our new house completely. The carpet fitters worked tirelessly doing an awesome job and Leigh from Hornsby Flooring Xtra gave sound advice and went above and beyond. We’ve had a very very bad experience with another large carpet company before where we had our floors taken up 3 times due to the damaged they caused when fitting so this service was like a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend Hornsby Flooring Xtra!
Luke from Flooring Xtra did a brilliant job of advising on the replacement floating floor and new carpet for our entire home. The result is stunning and we couldn't be happier. He and Andrew the floor layer always advised us of the details along the way and the communication was highly professional. The finish has transformed our house. We had some a interesting challenges and Andrew provided great options to allow the best outcomes to be chosen. Luke and Andrew are dedicated to making sure the customer is properly consulted and listened to our needs perfectly. Great experience and great guys. Recommended 100%.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Top service from Doug & his team from the moment we walked in their showroom until the instal was complete. They happily assisted us in making a custom made step for our balcony door entry using the same flooring product we’d selected for the rest of the house.
Our job became somewhat problematic when we discovered an unrelated water leak on instal day, which resulted in our instal being delayed some months while the leak & damage it caused was fixed. Despite this issue not being the fault of Flooring Xtra, they took our flooring back, stored it safely & stayed in touch to facilitate the instal when we were ready.
Flooring Xtra was the last place I walked into after getting several other quotes, and I’m glad I did because it has been a pleasure to deal with them. Pricing is competitive, service and attention to detail excellent and most importantly, the quality of product and instal faultless.
