I put a laminate in my apartment and the job was done by Abbass. The quality is good and guys were attentive to details and careful with my existing furniture.

I had a warm welcome and superior experience when I met Scott at the Flooring Extra at Hornsby. The guys over there were amiable, easy to discuss the requirements, and willing to listen to customer problems. They had outstanding options for all flooring needs, and even though the shop looks small, they have everything inside to impress you.

Today Abbas and his mate came and installed the hybrid floor, which was stunning. Those two gentlemen were on time and very friendly. They went above and beyond and completed the task in no time. Even though it was a tough job, they made it look easy and advised me on do’s and don’ts. I am so grateful to Flooring Xtra Team at Hornsby and their installation superheroes.

We have the flooring (hybrid and carpet) installed around mid August. We do not have any problem so far. The floorings (both) were installed properly and looks amazing.
Doug has been fantastic with advice, follow up, update on installation and efficient to resolve issues.
The staff at Hornsby is also helpful and friendly.

Recently had both hybrid flooring and carpet supplied and laid by the Hornsby Flooring Xtra team. This is the second time we have used them and cannot fault the professionalism and efficiency of the installers as well as Leigh at the store who is always good for a laugh as well as competitive deal.
The hybrid installers even moved our skirting boards for us to neaten up the job. They didn't have to do that, but did.

Another happy customer! As per other reviews, I experienced excellent service from Luke at Hornsby Flooring Xtra. He listened to my requirements and took the time to visit my house with suggested samples, and even made recommendations on the small details, like which way the floor boards should be laid to improve the flow of the space, and which skirting would look good. He was also more than happy for me to keep hold of some samples, so I could see them in different light. Even after I paid a deposit and then had to wait 6 months until my new kitchen was installed, I never got any pressure from Luke and felt supported.

When it came time for installation, I was also very happy with the knowledge and experience of their installer, Dan. He gave me honest advice about the pros and cons of different levelling methods, allowing me to make an informed decision. The final installed product (Godfrey Hirst Hybrid XL) both looks and feels amazing, and I'm incredibly glad I trusted the job to Luke and his team. I highly recommend Hornsby Flooring Xtra, and would definitely use them again.

Flooring Xtra Hornsby installed floating floors for our home with their Hybrid Nouvelle product. Leigh was so knowledgeable and was able to organise the materials and install in a timely manner. The install team were so thorough, asking and checking the details in each room with us prior to placing the boards. They were great communicators and extremely friendly as well as being highly efficient. After the install they walked us around to check and make sure we were happy with everything and they cleaned up thoroughly before they left. The flooring was completed to a high standard and is exactly what we asked for. Would highly recommend Leigh and his team for any flooring needs - we will definitely use them again in the near future!
