During the 2 years the team around Jessica was amazing and I have not seen many property managers who are run so professional and take so much care from the sign up to running inspections and response to maintenance issues. I can highly recommend them to any property owner.

In my experience, Hordern Properties provide a service in all aspects of property management that is second to none.   I have been with Daniel and his team, including Lisa, senior property manager, for over 10 years.   They know the market well and their end of lease reviews are consistently of a high calibre that include expert assessments and sound advice  This has been most recently demonstrated in these difficult times with COVID 19.  Their communication is clear, prompt, very much appreciated and professional in every respect.

I unfortunately leaving Hordern and hope to be with them in the future. One year has passed and the level of the service was 5 stars at all the moment. Thank you for your services.

I had rented a unit in Homebush with Hordern Properties. Most of my interactions were with Jessica. Queries were answered with a good turnaround time and any issues raised were taken care of and communicated to the owner. Terms and condition documented were crystal clear and It was made sure we understand each and every point mentioned in the contract.
We had a very smooth process to vacate the house after staying in the property for 2 years.

I’ve met Jessica around June 2018 for my first rental apartment with Hordern Properties. She was helpful and made the whole process of paperwork applying to ending the lease was a breeze. Around June 2019 i was thinking of moving to a bigger place Jessica has referred me to her colleagues Lisa where i have decided continue to stay with Hordern Properties again. They have given a place that was absolutely a dream in Darling Square. Lisa and Jessica i have nothing else to say but you both have been amazing like family to me.

You’ve also helped me through pandemic and made everything clear and fair for landlords and tenants.

Very friendly team, had sent them an email has I had a problem with my tap yesterday, 15 minute later a guy was here to check what needed to be done.love it!
