Holiday Inn Sydney Airport

Very nice place, priced right for the location. Offers free WIFI, breakfast, complimentary drink, if your a member, and airport taxi is available, about $10 Australia. Easy walk, to Train for downtown and Circle Quay Ferry Harbor, Opera House.

Late check-in. Only one on front desk. Long wait.
Most PowerPoints didn't work. Concierge managed to get one working by resetting breakers.
Bed comfy, pillow choice. Not to noisey.
Didn't use restaurant or room service.
Fit for purpose.

Went for xmas lunch in Biggles bar. The staff struggled with the influx of customers which saw the hamburger undercooked. I probably would not eat there again. Cannot comment on the rooms or the rest of the hotel.

Clean room, great breakfast and they have a coffee machine in the restaurant that makes better coffee than my local spot. Courtesy bus ran on time as well, always a plus with flights and connections.

Room is large, nice, clean and very functional with everything you would look for to stay in a hotel. TV is very large and adjustable to where you sit.
The bed is comfortable and cosy what makes me smile is the label showing type of pillow you can choose from you bed, Soft or Firm. I think that's cute.
Highly recommended if you have to stay near the airport or in Mascots area.

Quick check-in. Everything as promised. Nice enough bar and restaurant in the hotel. Near the Mascot train station so the city is accessible. Reasonable price.

Good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff with good onsite facilities. We used this hotel to overnight while transiting through Sydney with our infant child. Restaurant was nice with free kids meal when ordering an adult main. $7 airport transfer per person available. A taxi is approx $22 as of Nov 2018 tariffs

Nice clean rooms and an extremely comfy bed. Only downside is getting to and from the airport terminals is a hassle.

Very professional and great service staff were very friendly and couldn't help us enough with every request. Excellently cleaned rooms the only bad thing was the over priced take away beers from the downstairs pub other than that can highly recommend this hotel also nice and close to the airport

Our regular. Close to terminals but still allow up to 1 hour due to traffic congestion. Great rooms, great breakfast, reasonable prices.

Great buffet. Not vegan friendly but the staff organised wonderful options on no notice. Much appreciated

Great place to stay with kids before a big flight. Super clean, modern and comfortable. Great breakfast too.

Stayed prior to OS trip. Room, car parking, breakfast and airport transport all included. Great value and very convenient. Buffet breakfast is awesome.

Nice hotel with good sized rooms. The location is great. It's walking distance from the domestic airport - if you are travelling light. The rates are much better than comparable properties in the city.

I have stayed here before, and found it this time to be as good as previously. Rooms are tidy, bed is comfortable, staff are friendly and welcoming. Bar, restaurant and breakfast are all good. Will definitely have this on the list for future work stays in Sydney.

Very convenient location if you have an early flight. A bit dated though and staff (at least the ones I dealt with) were nice, but don't expect them to go out of their way for you.
