Holiday Inn Sydney Airport reviews
38Nice place for a weekend getaway, especially if you work in these areas, if your looking for a place to crash, like after work I’ll recommend this place for the long weekend.
A good hotel with limited food availability so, if you are looking for convenience to Sydney airport it is a good option.
Newly refurbished rooms you won't think your at a holiday inn. FANTASTIC! Staff and managers are so professional and friendly. Best hotel near the airport hand's down. So close to the airport. Easy walking distance to domestic terminals, does have shuttle options.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, even the management take a keen interest to ensure you’re looked after. The rooms are clean and tidy and nothing appears to be to much trouble even during these crazy COVID induced times
Went here on a groupon buffet breakfast voucher.it is sad to say it wasn't a buffet breakfast
Sure there was milk and juice and toast on a buffet. But the hot food service was off a menu and sad to say wasn't worth a photo
Hash brows was size of a spoon shaped in a triangle
I got scrambled eggs.that was way over cooked
Bacon was again alittle over cooked
The chicken sausages smallish size if a pinky finger
Tomato was well under cooked for its size
The room seemed to double as a meeting room as i was told upon arrival that my 1hr seating would of been cut short if i didn't arrive early due to it being booked
Best part of the meal was the toast. (ps run it threw the machine 2 times)
The staff here are amazing the rooms are fantastic. Justin in particular is an outstanding staff member and an asset to the hotel. Highly recommend
No compendium in room. Phone in room didn't work for direct lines to reception, restaurant etc. Had to order drinks from reception. Wrong drinks were delivered, then had to chase up 20 mins later, when complaining about the direct lines not working the morning manager deflected by saying I didn't complain to him (obviously because he wasn't working the night before). Restaurant service was prompt, food was very nice.
Having a great stay, the staff have been wonderful.especially Bianca in the bar, very accommodating.they opened up for our Lions group and looked after us fabulously!
Very convenient location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the airport. Well-mannered staff. The only issue was the dysfunctional hot water system.
I enjoyed a lovely luncheon with the Sydney Ladies Airport Association.
The function was catered by the Holiday Inn Sydney Airport.
The staff were welcoming whilst still adhering to all the Covid19 protocols.
The good thing about this place is that it is convenient. This place is near the airport so you will not be late on your flight. Another good thing about this place is their rooms. The room i've been to is not that spacious but gives me a cozy feeling that made me sleep very comfortably.
Great location near the airport, Food and drink reasonably priced.
Breakfast good value at $20 and rooms spacious and comfortable
Clean and comfortable. Fast wifi great breakfast. Worth mentioning the healthy options for breakfast. I had never seen a juicer available so you can create your own mix. Ingredients like ginger and other veggies made it very unique. Really outstanding!
This place was pretty good the couple of times work put me up here for business trips. Obviously I didn't have to pay anything so this review is purely on my experience. This place is fine to stay and conveniently close to the airport; and having the restaurant and buffet downstairs served us well after work. Although roomy and comfortable my only complaint would have to be the rooms I had both times were very dated. Gold and crimson curtains, bedding and furnishing make the place seem a lot older than it is and darkens everything. All in all cant complain about this place.
Love staying here. We always use them when we travel via air. Park, stay and go deal is great. Park your car for up to 7 nights, a night's accommodation and breakfast for a family of 4 for about $340. Kids under 12 even eat for free in the Biggles restaurant downstairs for dinner.
A well appointed mid level hotel with excellent staff always ready to assist. Especially Mr Gupta, who is exceptional
Awesome breakfast. Average rooms. Poor airconditioning. Even at coldest setting it's boiling in the night. Good bar but expensive food. Can you please get rid of mosquitos in gym? I've complained twice, even to a manager but still there are mosquitos in gym. It only costs $15 to get an automatic insect repellant but you would rather save that and get an average review
We back here again & still love it here, fantastic staff, yummy breakfast, beautiful clean and comfortable room. Great value!
Great hotel, it is just a 10 minute drive from the Kingsford smith international airport. The services are great and the rooms are clean. They have 2 restaurants and a 24 hour room service which add to their glory. Very reliable staffs. Recommended
The ease of getting to and from the Sydney Airport by the local Hotel Bus made it a breaze to transfer after a long flight. We enjoyed thier breakfast
buffet that has something for everyones taste and desire.
