Very messy store, very cluttered. Low on stock also. Not great covid wise either no hand sanitizer at entry, some effort made in other areas re covid

If I could rate zero I would. I had a terrible experience here this afternoon, I guessing either the owner or manager, made me feel like nothing for asking if they did zippay instore - as I was looking at purchasing almost $600 worth of DMC threads for a new project that I want to start. They offer zippay online but they don't do it instore as it is all to do with computers, however, they do not list all of their products through their online store (there are too many to list - the same helpful persons words) I will not ever return to this store.

Disgusted! Ordered and paid over $500 for a product, given the runaround for 4 weeks then told product was on its way, then it wasn’t, then it was etc.wouldn’t touch them with a ten foot pole!

Great friendly and experienced staff. When you walk in your made to feel welcomed giving off a strong family vibe.

I’m not sure about how they manage different in store but would recommend not to use their ”unorganised” online store. This is not the first time. They put items are in stock and backorder it then doesn’t respond until you’re catching up personally with them.

I ordered these basic supplies of the machine sewing - needles, foot, thread which was displayed as in stock. Still, I haven’t received yet over a month and have asked to get me a refund, they don’t respond upon the request and just move to ignore it.

Terrible business, I would rather shop in Spotlight or others but not Hobbysew for sure!

Love this place. I feel like a kid in a candy store. Staff are very friendly and super helpful.

I have attempted to buy a sewing machine. I recieved a call to confirm delivery address that i was unable to answer. After more then 6 phone calls on various days and times over 3 business days. After more then 5 emails I am yet to have a response.

Still haven't received order confirmation although my money has been taken.

After placing an order in early April plus receiving an order confirmation that the order would be delivered in 3-10 days, it is highly disappointing that we are now 3 weeks in and no delivery.

Calling to find out the status, I was provided excuse after excuse, then still without conclusion. Requiring a 3rd phone call.

I understand they are busy with a boom in online orders. Communication goes along way keeping customers.

The staff is really professional! Highly rrcomended to buy here. It was a great pleasure to learn from pros!:)

Customer service need to be more outgoing, than just doing there job, need to be involved what the customer enquires. They are like robots, spot light customer service have that friendly approach while speaking about what the customer enquires.

A good place to buy your sewing needs. Very pleasant and skilled staff, who is always happy to help.

Staff always helpful and friendly. Not many of these fabric stores left but Hobbysew has a very extensive material range as well as providing a quilting service

Terrible customer service. Walked in and was "greeted" with rude remarks, asked about purchasing a product and was met with an eye roll and a sigh. I'd rather support a company like spotlight than a local store if that is the service I can expect.

A very pleasant place that offers pleasant service as well. You can get all the products here in an affordable price.
