They installed the floorboards in my apartment a few weeks ago. Rez was transparent and had a great knowledge about the products. He guided me to Wonderwood hybrid and he also helped me in getting strata approval. Rez made sure the installation process was quick and easy.

We got 100sqm of flooring done with Majestic laminate. Our house just got the best makeover in a long time. I must mention Martin was really helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Great work.

We recently renovated our house and thought it would be the perfect time to change our carpets. We had heard a lot about Hills Flooring from our friends who recently bought from them. We finally decided to buy quickstep perspective nature laminate for our lounge and kitchen and cashmere carpet for bedrooms. The staff was courteous and professional. I'm very happy with the work and organisation.

Got Engineered timber flooring done by them a few weeks ago. Excellent quality, great workmanship and good management by Martin. Would Refer to other people. They gave me Wonderwood engineered timber for a laminate price.

I am really glad that we did our purchase from them. Since it was our first home, we were a bit picky but the staff was very patient with us. They were really helpful from selection to installation. Highly recommended!

I just want to give a shout out to all the people working at this store. From Selection of the product to installation everyone was nice. The guy who installed our floor helped me move my furniture as well. The Quickstep laminate installed looks so good and our house looks so much better now.

Martin and his team are outstanding. I knew very little about the flooring but the staff was really helpful with the selection of Laminate. Happy with the quality and overall service at the store. We went for the perspective nature Quick Step.

I got the quote online from one of their staff for herringbone flooring. I had contacted more than 4 stores but finally made the purchase from them. Their Pricing was the best amongst all. They did a great job at installation as well. Thanks so much guys

The ordering was fairly easy however, getting confirmation of the job start was very hard. Once the guys who removed the slate finished (fantastic job), the installers came out the next day. They took a day to complete and I was excited to see it.
I was most disappointed with the result. The floor looked great, however, they left off doors, didn’t replace the dishwasher (left it outside), cracked some walls, damaged other walls and ruined the skirting boards (which we paid extra to have removed and replaced). I held back $1000 which I’m not going to pay as I needed to get someone to come out and fix what was broken and ruined. Worst experience ever

Competitive quote and job well done on time. Asked a few other stores in the area but a very good response from them in terms of price and product. Good work guys. I bought Wonderwood engineered oak.

I saw their ad on Facebook and approached them in the store afterward. They have a quite wide range of products. The staff was courteous and the people who installed our flooring were also very nice. I’d recommend them.

We got the shutters installed from them. I must say the price was the cheapest and the turn around was very quick. The installation was done in 3 weeks and a very clean work done by installers.

Very happy with our beautiful timber flooring! Martin and the team were so helpful and patient during the selection process and then also when we had delays on our renovations. The flooring was laid within one day and then Martin was great in helping us get a couple of minor issues rectified without any fuss. They cleared away all the mess and even took the excess boxes of timber off the original quote which I think is great customer service. We bought a rug and had our rooms carpet installed by Hills Flooring recently. Martin and Simon were very professional when we were exploring the options in the shops. Omar, the carpet installer, was very detail during installation and did an amazing job. Not to mention the price quoted was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone looking for carpet flooring.

I visited the showroom yesterday asking question about their products for my new apartment. The salesperson answered my questions.
I requested him to provide me with a copy of product's specs to check if Strata Manager in our building would accept the product (acoustically) before I decided to purchase.
He said that I have to buy the product first, then he can provide me with the specs claiming that NO ONE would provide me with specs before I pay. Well, I told him I've already visited another company and they happily provided me with the specs. He obviously didn't have an answer for me, so I walked off the store.
I simply couldn't pay the deposit without being sure that strata management would let me use the product.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience visiting this store.

Red Ironbark Flooring
We got upstairs carpet at home replaced with solid timber during Jan 2021. Martin@Hills Flooring was very informative and upfront from day one. There were no surprises, and we were given the complete overview of all the costs involved. Hills Flooring’s prices are very competitive. Martin’s knowledge in hardwood products is second to none. He organised for the installation at a time convenient to us. He personally supervised the whole project and stayed in contact with the installers at all times.

Mark - the lead installer - is an expert in laying a timber floor. He managed tricky corners and odd stair steps very well. Stair bull-noses have been completed to perfection. A job well done by Mark and his team, including Hamid, evident from a high quality and beautiful timber floor.

We would highly recommend Hills Flooring for any of your flooring requirements.
