Great experience with Hills Flooring. We had floating floorboards done within a week of our first interaction. Martin was very helpful and accommodating to our needs and installer Mark was prompt and tidy with the installation.

I had Hills Flooring to replace carpet with Quick Step laminate boards. Martin is very helpful and professional, he helped us to find out a great option, and got everything arranged quickly once we paid deposit.
Mark was the installer, he was doing great job. We like the new look of our home, this is absolutely what we were expecting! Thanks team.

The engineered timber I bought was fine but the installation was terrible. No leveling done despite it being necessary for some parts of the house now it feels like I'm walking in a trampoline. After I complained to the installers they said floors need time to settle even though there were clear problems and parts of the floor are you to 2cm difference in level within a 1.5m span. They tried to correct parts of the uneven flooring with a few pieces of cardboard they found lying around. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere as I tried to call the salesman (Martin) multiple times after the products was installed to complain about the problem and he never replied.

We bought the flooring for both our last house and current house from them. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, high quality products, excellent customer service. I recommend this shop to most of my friends who needs renovate their flooring.

Do not, under any circumstances, use this business! I have regretted it continuously since I first walked into their showroom. I have had to deal with poor communication, rude staff, additional material charges (1000AUD) due to incorrect quoting and now the floor is buckling because installation was not done correctly. Do not let the one nice salesman fool you!

The first 10 months was great. Then the boards started slipping away from the edges. Once I notified the company they didn't respond. I had to follow them up. The response then was it was due to all the rain I would have to pay for repairs as it was 1 month over the 12 month workmanship warranty. They didn't even come and assess the issue! Not sure how rain affects workmanship? So for floors 13 months old I was expected to pay hundreds of dollars for it to be fixed. Sorry Hills Flooring but I'll be contacting fair trading. I do NOT recommend

Extremely disappointing installation and service. Chose this company because they represented that they had the best solution (ply) for levelling my floors before laying the flooring, but turned up on the day and installed the boards without any ply. When I raised this upon discovering this at the end of day 1, they said the ply had been missed from the quote (despite my talking about it at the pre-install site inspection with Martin) and that the ply wouldn’t have made much difference and proceeded to complete the job leaving me with undulating floors. Now several large gaps have opened up in the kitchen (at least 5 - about 6mm wide) and I have been engaging with them since September 2020 to fix this. Their installer still has not called despite being told several times he would and my repeatedly following up. Boards on two manholes were also laid in the opposite direction to the floor and, when I asked they fix this, I was told it was not possible from a technical perspective. After pushing them they fixed one of the man holes (I did not press for the second as it was under a small staircase).

The customer service while selecting the flooring was top notch. The team at Hills flooring is one of the best that I have encountered in the Hills area. I only found out after paying a deposit that my niece and my friend from the gym had also used their services and assured me that they are the best in the Hills!

I had read some reviews about them and visited their store in Castle Hill. I was hooked on Quick-Step Ultra Impressive Laminate. The staff working there told me that the scratch-resistant grade for the quickstep was excellent. It perfectly suits me as we have two little kids at home. They also changed the skirting boards for us which adds so much more to the look of the house.

The staff at Hills Flooring listened to what I wanted and then recommended the right product as we have pets. The recommendations were made based on usage and traffic and It clearly shows their knowledge about the product. I would keep recommending them to friends and family.

We had our floor installation booked and Martin came before hand to check the measure and he pointed out a few areas that needed leveling which previous flooring companies did not mention to me when they were quoting. I actually appreciated the honesty and the experience as it saved me a lot of headaches on installation day or after floor installation. Keep up the good work.

We paid a deposit for quickstep laminate with another shop in the area and 2 days before the job they called us saying they did not have stock throwing the manufacture under the bus and asked us to choose something else if we wanted the installation to happen on the day it was booked. It made me think and I called quickstep to find out the stock was available and that shop was not even an authorised quickstep retailer. As our house is in Castle Hill, a Quickstep representative recommended Hills flooring whom I’m very grateful for to organise the installation on 2 days short notice and provide us with the product we had originally ordered. The installation went smoothly and the price was very fair and reasonable for the amount of work they did. I can confidently recommend Hills flooring. You will be in safe hands

We bought Majestic laminate for our living room and kitchen makeover. The product looks fantastic and the installers did a very neat job.

I needed more information on the Timber floor before changing the whole 100 sqm of flooring at my house. I went to various flooring stores in the hills area but found their price and quality of the product was amongst the best. Finally, I bought an Urbana oak which was installed 3 days ago. Very satisfied it has transformed the whole house.

The staff at their store is very accommodating and professional. Rez recommended installing shutters to reduce outside noise and heat. The installation came out clean and tidy. They also sand and polished our timber floors downstairs which looks new again. I would recommend them.

It was my second purchase from them. I bought Carpets from them last year. This time I was looking to get hybrid flooring done in my house. I bought a Wonderwood hybrid and installed it in the laundry as well. I am content with the purchase and the work done by the installers.

This is the 3rd time Martin has helped me with vinyl flooring for my childcare. Given the nature of the business, I tend to worry a lot for everything to go smoothly and Martin is the only guy I trust and rely on to get the job done around our timing so it doesn’t disturb the business. He deserves a 5 Star. I have annoyed him too much. God bless

We bought Wonderwood oak timber from them a few days ago. Martin was very helpful and patient over the phone. The same product is so much more expensive towards our house. The quality of the product is top-notch. I would recommend them.
