I have been a customer Eurowerke since 2010 and have always found their approach to be Friendly, Professional, Extremely Honest & Competent in all areas.
They have attracted a large customer base in the Hills District as well as other parts of Sydney
while continuing to grow an extremely good & reliable business.
My overall rating would be a 9 out of 10 and I would recommend without the slightest hesitation to anyone who prefers to maintain their car in a proper manner.

Been taking all our cars at Eurowerke (used to be Hills Eurohaus) for a long time now and ever since they are always accommodating and always looked after all our cars. I would not take any of our cars anywhere else to get professionally serviced, repaired or modified. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work guys and am so glad to be part of the Eurowerke family.

Amazing service from the fellas at eurowerke, couldn’t be happier with the variety of work carried out on my golf r32. Photos of found issues were sent to me with the option to approve or disapprove repairs as well as a rating of how urgent the repairs are. No extra surprise costs, would definitely bring my car back here can’t recommend them enough.

Jan-22: I was contacted and the repair is being addressed.
Nov-21: Disappointed with the quality of work of late.
The instrument display showed an ESP malfunction, for which parts+labour cost me $700+, however the problem still persists. I emailed about this a couple of months back which didnt get answered either.
The level of service and expertise in my experience has clearly dropped, it would be great to see Eurowerke pick things up again.

Complete waste of my time. If you love your car take it somewhere else who knows what they are doing. Otherwise you will end up with more issues than you had originally once you take the car to them or they will come up with fake issue to make some extra money.

Took my CLA 45 AMG for a logbook service.

I was told Trans pan was damaged and its leaking. So i told them to go ahead and replace it however I will take the old one back. 2 days later i was told they cant fit the pan they ordered from mercedes and they are not sure why (very unusual). I reckon if i didnt ask for the old pan back they would have told me they replaced it and made me pay $700 for an issue that doesnt exist.

Because next week when i took my car to mercedes to double check the Trans plan issue and mercedes told me that its completely fine and not damaged.

Eurowerke also told me that my " Diff fill thread to have been previously stripped Recommend thread repair".
So i told them to go ahead and repair. Which they did however very poorly done. Because when i took it to mercedes next week I've seen it myself the job was done poorly as it was leaking so i had to get that fixed from mercedes again.

If i had taken my car to mercedes i wouldn't have wasted my time with these guys. Also if you are wondering mercedes servicing quoted price was more or less the same as these guys. So dont even bother with these guys.

I have been a client for 5+ years. There customer service, transparency with pricing and professionalism is on another level. Always making my headache that much easy. I genuinely appreciate you guys

Have been to many mechanics but since I discovered this place this is the only place I take my car to. Genuine, honest and reliable people. Phil and Lucas are extremely well mannered and a pleasure to deal with. No question is too silly, no request is too big for them. Thanks for the great services guys!

Having such a professional service close to home is ideal. Recently took the 235 for a service / change of tyres. Communication was top notch. Given the current Covid 19 pandemic, hand over and return of vehicle was very streamline and kept myself and their staff safe.

I am not one to leave reviews often or if ever, however I am one who firmly be believes in giving credit when it is due.

I can not express my overall customer satisfaction when it came to dealing with Eurowerke.

I should note that this is my first experience with the company and from inception I had received a positive and warm welcome, any questions or concerns had been met with concise and easy to understand information. Immediately I was comfortable with leaving my vehicle in their capable hands.

Regular information was provided about the status of the work never once leaving me guessing or wondering about progress, truly a remarkable system.

I have to also make note that despite me running late to collect the car (heavy traffic) they patiently awaited my arrival.

Calling them to tell them I had abandoned my quest of driving and ran the last 800m there I was greeted with a nice cold bottle of water. The little things transformed the experience into one that is both truly memorable and appreciated.

I can not express my gratitude enough and highly encourage anyone who is considering utilising the services of Euroweke to not have a shadow of a doubt.

Only the best service and work

The customer service at the front desk was not professional at all. When I was talking with the team members, I felt that they were very uninterested in helping me out (a new customer). I didn't experience any sort of professionalism at all. When I was asking for information and advice, they seemed uninterested with what I was asking them and I just felt like they didn't want to talk to me at all as they were looking down on their computers and rarely looked up at me when I was talking or when they were talking.
I had previously heard very good reviews on this company and had very high expectations, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to experience that at all. I was considering to go ahead with this company as I was recommended by a few of my mates, but due to the unsatisfactory customer service, I had to reconsider.
Although I am just a single customer, and losing me is not so much of a big deal for this company, but I do hope this can be improved and worked on.

First class service.

Had to edit this to update my recent experience. Replaced my brake with them 8000km ago and it already made a squeaking sound. Brought it back and requested for a check. Today they told me it was replaced under warranty the whole brake pad and rotor. That, is what we call a first class service and taking care of your customer.

The best in the game! When it comes to getting it done right the team at EuroWerke are the only choice. Have now taken two vehicles to the boys at EuroWerke and were blown away with the results. Professional, knowledgeable and gave me the utmost confidence that my vehicles were in very good hands. Would thoroughly recommend to all!

Excellent service and very reasonable price. They have done a lot of work getting my Audi back into working condition. Will definitely be using these guys again for any future repairs or work that I need done.
