This place started off great. Honest, helpful and genuinely caring for your car.

Now? Well it’s a price gouging, unnecessary part recommending and downright greedy shop.

Constantly recommending replacement for parts that are fine, they dont diagnose problems and dont take the time to investigate genuine faults. If it doesn’t show on the computer then well good luck getting a thing fixed.

If you like getting rinsed out of your hard earned cash and terrible workmanship look no further.

Have been a semi long term customer of Eurowerke (3-4 Years) and I’ve never had a problem, although they might be busy they are worth the wait in my opinion.

Unlike other mechanics I’ve been too they send you a complete breakdown list of errors found, what condition parts are in, and what is recommended for you, which is incredibly helpful for me so you know what’s being worked on and how much everything is instead of getting a rough idea of what’s being done and a invoice that is over budget.

First mechanic I took my euro car too, a long wait to get in BUT proves their work is worth it. Got a DSG service and an oil leak diagnosis. They quoted 449 for the DSG service and ended up only paying 420. Didn’t get charged a cent for the time they took for the oil leak. Sent me an email with an attachment of a quote to fix the oil leak, parts, labour and how urgent it was. Definitely taking it back to get it fixed up as they are top tier

I purchased an an O Spec equal length mid pipe from ‘Performance Brands’ which I believe is a subsidiary/related company to Eurowerke. I couldn’t wait to have them install it and went to another performance shop.

Unfortunately the install didn’t go as expected and there were some issues that that arose from the process - due to the installation rather than the product.

I called Performance Brands/Eurowerke they offered to see me straight away and investigate the installation. After reviewing, it turns out the installation wasn’t executed perfectly leading to some issues in alignment of the rear muffler.

Eurowerke rectified the installation issue on the spot and wouldn’t even let me pay! Can you believe that? ! They are 100% a company that stands behind their product, their technical expertise and their amazing customer service.

They have won me over as a customer and I will be taking my cars to them in the future. I have not received this level of service in my time from my existing workshops or dealership. 10/10 Eurowerke and performance brands! Thank you from one very happy customer

I won't take my E85 BMW anywhere else. I have been using Oscar and his team since 2016 and the service (and knowledge) of the staff is second to none.

Couldn't rate them on their quality of work, I called them to get a quote for a custom dyno tune and was told to email them. Emailed them and got nothing back, called again and told I needed to email them. Must have plenty of business cause they had no interest in actually helping me. I have the auto generated text saying they will be in touch but it's been weeks and nothing.

Did not have to use their services but we're most helpful when I rang with a query regarding my Audi

Big shot out to Lucas and the technician that carried out the the replacement of the downpipe on my G20 M340.

Lucas was helpful and professional from the get go, and I’ll be will asking for him by name next time.

Had my VW Touareg in to have the injector seals replaced after being quoted elsewhere for triple the price it cost to have the work done with EuroWerke. They were so honest and the quoting system is so simple, thank you do much I am now a customer for life!

I have been to EuroWerke few times for different jobs & have recommended them to also a few friends (who have also become permanent customers of EuroWerke).

When you take your car to service/repair they will stamp the EuroWerke certificate of approval with your permission (it's a small decal) on the rear glass and every time you see it, it'll put a smile on your face to know that your car is well looked after by the best in the business.

Excellent service and finish to my m6 by the guys. Going back for a few more upgrades this December. Thanks Ozzy, Phil and the team.

I spent over $9000 to replace my engine but I have been having ongoing problem with the car. Now they want $3500 to fix oil leak for which I had the engine replaced in the first place. Bunch of con artists. They are not the European car specialist they claim. All the workers are novice at job. I wouldn’t trust them with my car ever.

Extremely expensive and slow service. Booked my 5 series in for a major and a couple of other small things, was told it would be ready the next day at the latest. They hadn't even looked at it after 2 days. The individual cost breakdowns for each repair item were hugely exaggerated. I eventually got the car back after 5 days.

I was quoted $700 to do a DPF regen (on car), and $900 to replace the glow plugs and module. Instead I took it to another mechanic and they did the regen for $120 and the glowplug replacement for $400. The mechanic found a number of issues that should have been identified during the major service with eurowerke, but weren't.

Honestly, this mechanic seems to be trading on people's ignorance. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Solve most problems on European cars charge realistic repair costs no need for a second mortgage

Lucas & Phil 2 lovely guys nothing was a problem to them sorted out exchanged exhaust for the RS5 and sounds great again. They even plastic wrapped the old exhaust and loaded into my car. Very professional people and a nice clean workshop.

Simply the best and knowledgeable team for Euro cars. I have been taking my Audi to Oscar and team for years and highly recommend them!

Eurowerke is my go to for all my cars. The guys here are absolute pros, always honest and reliable. Not only quality work but quality and friendly communication and service. Would recommend 100%
