The Receptionists are all very Friendly Helpful and Professionals. One of girl Kathryn is simply the best.

Had a very posative experience today with Amy lee. She managed to find me an appointment for an mri the day i called and i cant express how relieved iam.

I experienced excellent service on my last visit for an x-ray. No booking was necessary and I only waited for a few minutes. Impressively, my x-rays were available to view on their app within 2 hours, and the report later the next day.

Nice ppl and the techincal staff are friendly and good at what they do. I shared the x-ray with my brother who is a doctor. He mentioned the xrays were done quiet good.

Omg Vinnie is a star! I've never had such a detailed scan she is an amazing friendly radiologist and I'd recommend everyone to her and this clinic. Give her a pay rise and an Oscar what an asset she is to this place

What wonderful staff - from the Reception check in process, to the mammogram technician to the ultrasound technician - all extremely polite and helpful and efficient!

My Dr was sending me to medical center radiology then my husband went here easy and friendly.close to our house so I started to come here as well. So happy with staff front of house and technicians.due to my health have been here quite a bit lately but due to friendly staff I don't feel so anxious.

I have had the opportunity to vist High Street Imaging on numerous occasions, and feel I need to express my feelings about there services Reception staff and all the people I have had contact with. I find them extremely patient, helpful, courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a place that is willing to be all they expect when needing these services. Thank you all at High Street Imaging.

I am a referring practitioner from OnePointHealth. I have always been very pleased with the attention to detail of all the diagnostic imaging I have referred for, in addition to the comprehensiveness of the reporting. The open communication and quick turnaround times is also highly convenient in the management of my patients. I have full confidence in referring my patients to HSMI

Place & imaging staff were great however the desk staff not so great. Woman with short blonde hair & dark regrowth was very rude. Her & another staff member were complaining about a secretary calling regarding a report (she had called 2-3 times regarding urgent u/sound results), which happened to be for my mother who was rushed into hospital the next day. All they cared about was whinging about the calls which I clearly overheard, not sure what other patients thought. Anyway I advised the Drs secretary who made the calls & plan on making a formal complaint about miss blondie!

I had a really good/excellent experience with one of my ultrasounds here. The sonographer was so lovely and compassionate about the fact that I had anxiety due to two miscarriages prior to this pregnancy. I wish I had remembered his name but he put me at ease and was so lovely. I only dropped a star because I had a follow up ultrasound and the lady was less friendly and a bit dismissive like the ultrasound wasn’t really important, despite the fact that I paid for it. And I agree with some of the other reviews, I spoke to one receptionist who was quite cold and abrupt and lacked compassion. That was a bit of a turn off. But my experience with that one sonographer was so good I didn’t want those experiences to dismiss his excellent service. I have another one with them this week which is quite an important one. I hope it’s another good experience.

I go here regularly you couldn't ask for better people there all polite easy going and you can even have a laugh with some of them I highly recommend them

We have been to many medical imaging places in past but very first time to Penrith High Street Imaging place. My wife had frozen shoulder problem since December 20. She went to a specialist and steroid injection was given at some other medical imaging place almost 3 months before. No difference in pain and we have to go to some other specialist and he recommended High Street Medical Imagining and we are glad that we come to this place on 21st June 21. I must say this place has very professional, efficient and helpful people working here. She had been look after so well and our very special thanks to Dr. Jaspal Hunjun who administered CT directed steroid injection. Total procedure was done so efficiently by Dr. Hunjun who is so kind and she started getting relief within 2 days. Thank you.

The staff here are very helpful and professional. Amie on the reception desk was an absolute delight, a lovely young lady.

My CT scan appointment was flawless despite the fact that I was running 10 minutes late. Sherry (I hope I spelt her name correct) was amazing and explained every step so clearly. Great experience!

Now had a few imaging tests here at the insistence of my GP who highly recommended for the quality of their images and reports. They are by far the best in Penrith and in fact I have never been to a better imgaging place. It's the whole package from the reception desk staff, imaging technicians and radiologists. Cannot fault their customer service, competence and descriptive medical imaging reports that are excellent for other Doctors and specialists to rely upon. Will now only go here even if it means waiting longer for an appointment. Thank you for your great service, really is a credit to the whole team.
