I've been seing the nutritionist here, Jan Denecke, for a few months now and have been thoroughly impressed by his patience, preparation and wholistic view of my digestion issues and how they may relate to other medical conditions. After suffering for years and trying many other methods, Jan has made a large impact on my overall health and happiness.

Throughout my life I have always struggled with obesity. Although I blamed my genetic makeup (just blame Mum &Dad!), when I had a closer look I realised I was constantly making poor diet choices. I felt at a complete loss and had absolutely no clue as to what I should be doing.
 I made an appointment with Jan Denecke at Health Space in Rozelle. As soon as we sat down in his office I was immediately put at ease. Jan attentively listened to all of my concerns and assured me that he could help. He gave a me a very structured plan that was very easy to follow. Follow up appointments were spent going over any of my concerns and of course, tracking my progress.
  My weight has come down and I have energy I never even knew existed. I'm still working toward my goal but am so thankful to Jan for being with me every step of the way. His knowledge and advice is top notch. I would definitely recommended seeing him.

I was lucky enough to be given a complimentary voucher here from my trainer. To say I was blown away with the level of detail that Callum (Chiropractor) took in our meeting. He was thorough, information, nice chap and have me homework to do so I can improve on my own outside of our sessions. I would highly recommend anyone go here and try it out, I will be back soon and for a long time by the looks of things

This is a great place for chiropractor services. Callum was really fantastic - 5 sessions sorted my problem after a nasty fall. All staff are great and helpful.

Callum is the best and most professional chiropractor I've ever seen. His advice to stave off further aches and pains is not only the most effective, but the easiest to implement and stick to I've ever been offered.

Booked in and was asked to turn up early to fill in paperwork.

I did this then was left waiting for 20 mins, in addition to the 15 I spent filling out paper work.

Had to leave without seeing anyone eventually.

Make sure your not pushed for time.

I've been going here for a long term lower back problem and I see Kelly, she's great, much more than just a chiro, she uses acupuncture and massage as well as physiotherapy techniques. I always come out feeling 100% better, the staff are all very friendly too.

Being a dentist takes a hard toll on your back and shoulders and it is not uncommon for me and my colleagues to be in pain. Fortunately for me, I met Callum this year. He helped me so many times with episodes of chronic and acute back pain. His gentle and friendly manner are ideal for someone in his profession.
I cannot recommend Callum enough.

Callum Forrest is easily the best chiropractor I have ever come across. He has a great, gentle and approach and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it throughout the session. And best of all it works!

This practice is brilliant! I have been to many chiropractors all around the world and Health Space Rozelle really is the best! I have seen Jess who is really good and caring. I would recommend Jess or Callum to anyone. Sometimes it's hard to pick a great chiro. I taravel over an hour to go to health space Rozelle and would not change a thing.

Broad range of disciplines, the practitioners are just brilliant, very professional and knowledgeable. The clinic itself is well run, appointments have always been on time.
