I now make it a point to see Scott every month to enhance my mobility, especially since I engage in rigorous workouts throughout the week. I had the most amazing experience with Jenny the Chiropractor. She worked on my whole body for a few weeks and the relief I feel from her manipulation makes my day wonderful every day. I now see her every 3-4 weeks for a check up to relieve any aches and pains. She is professional and compassionate through out the entire process and makes me comfortable to highly recommend her. After multitude of chiropractors that I have seen in my time, I've finally found Scott at Health Space Rozelle who has been able to not only treat but rehab and repair the multitude of injuries that I've caused myself from many years of vigorous intense training regime that I have. I am so relaxed.
I did a chiro/kinesiology session with ANITA as I was feeling really out of sorts.
She was so warm and welcoming from the moment I met her.
And not only released so much tension in my body, she educated me on areas that were strained and why.
Oh, and she really hit the nail on the head when she did her kinesiology session. She was able to narrow the emotional stress down to workplace bullying and feeling trapped.

I recently go treated by Scott after tweaking my neck while training. I couldn't sleep, had pain trying to turn my head side to side and thought I would be out of action for long time.

After seeing Scott for one session, he made some adjustments and dry needling and he restored range and relieved enough pain to get me training again and sleeping well. Looking forward to going back for the second session this afternoon to see how much more progress can be made after this treatment!

Had the most beautiful calming & grounding experience of Reiki with Chelsey at Health Space. It was my first time experiencing Reiki and I couldn't recommend her more highly for anyone wanting to feel the nourishing effects of Reiki. She has the most gentle and loving presence and I left feeling so much lighter and beyond relaxed.

Been seeing a chiro, Callum, he and the team are so good they can probably walk on water!

More recently I’ve been seeing Stephen for sports massage and acupuncture- he’s changed my life - I’m taller and more flexible than ever, guys a genius.

The admin team and rest of the staff are lovely too, warm cup of herbal tea on arrival always nice!

Callum is no doubt the best Chiro I've ever had. Callum took the time to really understand the issues with my injuries, and clearly communicated what was wrong and how we could fix it. But best of all, I'm now pain free!

Callum has helped greatly with my back and hip issues. Was a little uncertain about Chiros beforehand but the analysis, the stretches and the exercises he had me do were all logical, evidence based and have helped me greatly.

Would recommend and will keep attending in the future.
