Jeff Clarke was sent out to our property after we were not happy with the assessor sent out prior. Jeff asked many questions and was very thorough upon his inspection. He really pushed things along for our claim. His politeness and the quality he puts into his assessments I would request Jeff to come back in the future if required.

Unfortunately I can't give five stars even though the workmanship was excellent with a pleasing result. We both felt uncomfortable and in the way when they first arrived as they didn't have the time to greet us or give us the time to tell them where the power access an d toilet were located. Not good when they worked in our space in our home for two days and then need to interrupt us to ask for these services.

My dealings with HBI Australia have been nothing short of Phenomenal. Pleasant friendly helpful staff who know their job.
Nothing was ever an issue and any enquiries were handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Its a breath of fresh air to deal with such professionals in this day and age.

Amazing company to work for, great atmosphere and always happy to help me when needed. Would recommend!
