Checks were done in stages, I was provided with the latest updates, received text messages on a specific number as assured, was posted at a counting center closer to my residence, and attendance issues were resolved smoothly because of Hays QR scan code. I was paid as promised. All is well that ends well!

Enjoyed working via Hays for the 2023 NSW State Election

I contracted Covid at the end of week 2 and was unable to work week 3. I found it frustrating that I could not speak to anyone advising of my health status. I sent an email to a generic email address but received no response acknowledging this or confirming that my Supervisor, whom I named, had been informed of my inability to continue to work due to Covid

Hays is a fantastic recruitment agency, they contacted me and started the process internally in no time. The first round of interview was with the consultant Lauren, it was an amazing experience. The next round was with the company, the consultant informed me about my selection within 2 days. She was always transparent as she kept me apprised about the situation and finally I joined the company they recommended.

I am a Consultant who works for Hays recruitment. I have worked with them for approximately seven years. I have found them to be very professional in everything they do. As a consultant I work outside of the agency but rely on Hays to assign me work with different Government agencies. They have made a supreme effort to make me feel part of the Hays Group even though I do not work in the office or see them day to day. Compared to other agencies I have worked with I can see a lot of effort is put into taking care of people. I love working with them.

Have been contacted with two recruiters from Hays this year. They told me they are going to submit my application on my behalf, after that, they lost contact and never gave me an update. Very disappointed with their service and professionalism.

One of the worst recruitment agencies in Australia. Experience as a recruiter within this company, as an agency who has used this company for short term projects and temps as well as having sourced opportunities from this agency. Reasons for our review: 1) poor follow up and communication - do not expect to hear from them within any timeframe promised we have on most occasions waiter 6-8 weeks for a standard reply and negligent emails that require another follow up to clarify points they do not read, consider or address in their initial correspondence, 2) provide false and misleading feedback to candidates - we have run several checks into this agency and set them up with mock candidates and job ads and their recruiters will lie to candidates and tell them they do not get the job with standard responses and when we follow up with the companies we are told completely different information, 3) a numbers game - all they care about is reaching quotas and getting KPI scores as recruiters not the best interest of their clients or the talent they pretend to source and interview for roles. We STRONGLY advise against this company and urge businesses to save a lot of their money (write their own job ads and canvas talent on gumtree, jora, grabjobs and if their budget permits seek). DO NOT GO NEAR HAYS.

One of the large recruitment firms here. But with all recruitment teams it more so depends on the recruiter themselves

This place still has not paid workers from the election recruitment. Staff do a double shift and they just give them the run around. PAY YOUR WORKERS!

Really poor! They managed the onboarding process for a company i worked for.they were bureacratic, unhelpful and were incapable of providing details of documentation i needed in advance and kept drip feeding me which slowed the whole process and lost me a week's pay.i was forced to complete courses for working at home including a checklist review of my home office despite the role being on site and not a working from home role.
