Website states ur open & i get here to buy product & ur closed. Not a happy customer when i could buy online & not have to travel to a “closed” store.

Have come here a few times, with lovely experiences each time.the staff are super professional and kind and so educated on different curl types and how to care for them.cannot recommend haylo enough!

Jen did an amazing job, explaining every step in detail and ensuring that i was understanding.she was able to not only give me a 10/10 haircut, but she was also able to make me feel confident in her work and feel excited about the maintenance of the curls.

My 5 year old son finally decided he was ready for his first cut so we went to Haylo to lop off his curls. So glad we did! From the first moment the staff were gentle and patient with him even when he had no guidance for them about what he wanted!

We have been back for a second cut and again, were made to feel like they had all the time in the world for us.

I always love the whole experience at Haylo. The new premises is enormous, beautifully decorated and feels like a destination in itself, especially when you combine hair treatment with a wine and cheese platter! The staff are lovely, passionate and so knowledgeable about caring for curly hair. I love my curls now!

Thank you so much to Hayley and Maya (hope I spelt it right) for styling and cutting my hair yesterday. Haylo hair has the best looking salon but it's not only good for its looks, the service is pure high quality. First they consult with you get to know you and your hair. Very professional and walk you through the whole process of what they'll be doing with your mane. They even do refills which I love for sustainability. I loved it and I'll never go back to another salon. Thanks again ladies, my curls never looked so fresh light and nourished.
