Went to down load some photographs I was helped by Jordan. He was very helpful. Later went to check out a new vacumme and Mat was able to help me out. There's nothing better than good old customer service to get you back.

Very easy to collect from the back of the store! Very helpful and really friendly staff:) bought matresses and advised a month before they arrive (in christmas holidays) rang a week later with the matresses arrived:) picked up next day:)

Wanted to buy a tripod for present. I axplained to a young girl that we bought this camera from here and she asked me what scenery photos is the tripod for. I didn't know and asked does it matter. She said "I live you to look at them" and left. There were two tripods on display. I left.

Sorry I cannot remember your names- the young guy that sold me the BBQ and the young guy from Electrical that sold me the Black Bar Refrigerator. You two provided absolutely wonderful Customer Service and the guys on the dock were great too. I'd highly recommend Harvey Norman Port Macquarie. Great prices and all staff I have dealt with in that store were wonderful, helpful, knowledgable and friendly. So nice to see that people do actually provide great Customer Service these days, well done guy's!

In the past have had good experiences, but this time was different. My partners 80 year old Grandparents came in looking for a replacement for their. 20 year old Desktop PC, so they went in and was sold a monitor, desktop and software. Their needs for the PC being to check emails and type some basic documents, one of them also likes solitaire. So the monitor and the software was fine, but the PC itself, $1500 for a machine with an unnecessary 1TB SDD and a 2GB Graphics card, they were told the Solid State Drive is more reliable and lasts longer, while that is true I believe they were misinformed as regular Hard Drives, while they do last 10 years at best, are still very reliable and were told this as people who dont completely understand the technology, nor will they be putting enough strain on a PC to even shorten the life span of a regular Hard Drive.

So me and my partner went to return the Desktop, not opened as her Grandparents wanted us to set it up, and we were baffled as to why they were sold a $1500 machine. Arriving to this store we were told we couldnt receive a full refund as this classed as a 'change of mind' while this is true in HN policy this does not account for people who do not fully understand what they are buying and can potentially be fooled by seemingly predatory sales practices. So after about an hour of back and forth we were able to exchange the PC for one that cost $650, which had a regular 1TB hard drive and lacked a graphics card, fine because they didnt need them to begin with. But NOT before being told we couldnt exchanged the PC for this one because it DIDNT have a Solid State Drive, where then my partner asked "why" and the salesperson could not come up with an answer, went to talk to a 'college' walked straight back and said it was okay but warned of how harshly we would be downgrading to a regular hard drive, absolutely RIDICULOUS, yes solid state drives are quicker and can last up to 40 years, but my partners Grandparents are in their mid 80s.

If the salespeople could use some common sense and a giant slice of morality then we may consider coming back. Have an awful taste in my mouth after this experience and dont plan on coming back any time soon.

Edit: Speaking with the Grandparents today was told the $1500 PC was the only one that included a CD drive, whilst the one we ended up buying for $650 had one too. So yet another lie, was told the Salesperson was very pushy with them too and was not in the slightest nice at all. Toward a couple in their 80's that's disgusting. Dear owner, have a word to Harry, the Salesperson in electronics who attempted to scam a vulnerable couple, who has also lost a lot of customers.

My partner and I had a delivery yesterday from two of the loveliest men, turned up when they said they would, were very friendly and polite and very careful with our furniture, excellent service, excellent employees, well done Harvey Norman!

Went to buy a new oven and chose one but salesperson persuaded me that although it was ok a different more expensive make would suit me better. She was very persuasive so went with her advice. Will wait and see if it was good advice

Be very careful of Paul the carpet layer that Harvey norman recommended to us. He added hidden charges, was rude to my 79 year old father, his client who trusted Pauls verbal quote which meant nothing when billed. Be sure to get a written quote, this Paul from Taree justified himself and manipulated with threats to get paid the cash he overcharged, and succeeded. He is a conman. Get written quote for carpet laying, form this Paul, unpleasant and deceitful experience was had.

Like any Harvey Norman store they have a latte range of mostly quality products. The staff are generally friendly and helpful and willing to haggle a bot with price.

The store is conveniently located with good parking and easy access to customer pickup area for bulky items.

Purchased an LG TV and was told, "Just give us a call if you need help". Yes called to get help to install, still waiting for return phone call off salesman.
