Very friendly staff and a much better experience travelling west to Lithgow than heading east to Penrith.good store layout as well.

Harvey Norman have always been helpful.

In saying that I was recommended a product that didn't do what the salesman said it did.

I was given a refund without a hassle.
I was also assured that the issue would be dealt with so that the wrong information was not given again.thnx

My partner had a great experience at Harvey Norman Lithgow, when she wasn't happy with the new Fitbit versa 2 she purchased. This smartwatch has a lack of function without subscribing to their premium package. Not good enough from Fitbit. Great customer service Tristan, regarding hassle free refund!

Excellent customer service from Bree. Explained the different mattresses to me and made it easy for me to make a decision on which one I would purchase.

Easy accessibility. Wide range of products. Helpful staff. If you purchase a larger item their warehouse is very close.

I have been shopping at Lithgow Harvey Norman for many years although I live in Wentworth Falls - nearly an hour's drive. I have always been greeted by the friendliest, courteous and obliging personnel I've experienced in such a store. Some years ago, I presented you with a review proclaiming how terrific your Lithgow staff were - particularly David in electronics and Cathy in soft furnishings. Cathy is still there, always greeting me by name and a fabulous smile. (I have bought many items because of her lovely countenance - you're wonderful Cathy.)
David has moved on and in electronics I have been attended to by Tristan Star. What a knowledgeable, articulate and professional this young fellow is! I am a just-retired school teacher and was in need of a new computer. Not having met Tristan before I was a little hesitant in asking for advice. I needn't have been. Tristan spent a great deal of time with me - explaining, advising and demonstrating what device would be most beneficial to my needs. When I decided on which computer would suit me best, he transferred all my data onto my new one and as a back-up put all important and confidential information on a "My Passport" device which I also purchased. Perfect! Tristan also said to me to contact him if I had any problems. I had a minor hiccup, rang him and with his excellent advice the problem was solved. Awesome!
I recently decided to purchase a Smart TV. Again, Tristan was just the best person to advise me. I settled upon a Samsung that he recommended and it's perfect! Brilliant! Far exceeding my expectations Tristan went above and beyond to ensure everything was spot on. What an asset to your company this gentleman is! He also put me in touch with Netflix - you're fantastic Tristan!
I have now decided to purchase another Smart TV from you for another room which I wouldn't have considered if Tristan hadn't assisted me. (On another occasion I had to wait while Tristan attended to another customer - Tristan gave this person his full-on attention demonstrating to me he gave everyone his brilliant advice.)
I can't congratulate you enough on having an exceptional staff, particularly Cathy and Tristan, in your Lithgow store. There is such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere as soon as you enter. A positive and reassuring culture pervades the whole store.
Thanks Tristan - you are the very best person I could have wished for in attaining total satisfaction in the products I purchased from you. You are so totally informed - your knowledge of products is invaluable.
