I bought a Haier washing machine through Harvey Norman last year, and it was delivered and installed by Lithgow Harvey Norman.

This year, when the washing machine was 11 months old it was having problems. I dealt with Aron at Lithgow Harvey Norman and he arranged for a Haier service man to cone out and look at it. He came out and didn't fix anything. Still having problems, Aron arranged for them to come out again. Again, the service man didn't fix anything. Aron then arranged for the washing machine to be replaced.

I had several emails and phone calls with Aron, and he went so far above and beyond to make sure things were fixed for me. It's very rare nowadays to find someone who will actually go that extra mile to make sure the customer gets treated well and is a satisfied customer. Aron is that person.

Whenever I buy from Harvey Norman in the future, which will be soon, I will only be buying through their Lithgow Store.

One thing that's consistent with this store is incorrect prices.almost everytime I come in items scan for a different price than the price tag.how hard is it to get someone to go through the store updating price tags once a week? They have prices up from months ago when the prices were completely different. This also causes you to lose out on sales because people think things are more expensive than they actually are.

I went looking to buy a fridge at Harvey Norman Lithgow and was very content on the customer service provided to me, especially team member Lisa was all over it. The whole team was welcoming and didn’t hesitate to help with any questions I had with the products or the after sales service. I would highly recommend shopping at this place. Great effort taken by franchisee and the manager keeping up the good service.

I ordered something 3 weeks ago still has not been delivered yet. I called twice, both times they said they would get back to me and they never bothered to phone back

Great staff, always very helpful, Iwas looking at a television online and went into Harvey Norman to see if they could price match to support our local store, they did and tv was delivered and set up as well. Also purchased a tv for my Dad which they were happy to order in. Would recommend without hesitation.

I will never set foot in your store again, after I was made to feel like a second class citizen (because I didn't have the experimental jab), when I needed a new washing machine. I was refused service and subsequently discovered Appliances Online. Thank you for your non service.

Harvey Norman does NOT let you return items, even when returned to store the very next day. Will offer store credit only. Be careful with large purchases. Will not shop there again!

Was a customer at this store since they opened in Lithgow years ago - asked Harvey Norman on Twitter to consider boycotting advertising on the Alan Jones show and was blocked. Won't consider shopping at HN again. * And as you'll notice they only respond to positive reviews and really have no interest in acknowledging any criticism.

The staff are amazing. So helpful. I bought a Rangehood which was damaged when opened. I rang and they sourced another immediately. They delivered it promptly with apologies for the inconvenience. Extremely pleased with the service and helpfulness.

Brilliant customer service experience. The staff were friendly, helpful & wonderful. The delivery staff installed the drier for my 86 yr old mother. I’m very grateful. Communication was excellent, great value for money & I’d highly recommend this business

There online shopping department needs alot of work you purchase something online and are left waiting up to 48 hours to speak to a real person they need to have a phone line set up so people can resolve their issue asap, not wait for days to be contacted.

If you have a tech problem go see our local legend Aaron.
He has improved our knowledge on new tech and works fast to fix any problems we have encountered

We bought a clothes washer and it leaked from the time we got it out of the box. They organized someone to come out and fix it. It still leaked and they agreed to return it and give us store credit in the full amount to put toward another machine.

Also the cheapest place in town to get anything printed.
