Harvey Norman Gordon

What do I need to do to get some service around here. For printing, go to officeworks, the people there are much more pro. Harvey Norman doesn't know what they are doing when it comes to prints.

Yes avoid this store! Bought a dishwasher but had to order it in and was told 5working days and someone will call me. No one rang me after 10 working days and when I rang them they told me it had arrived a few days ago. Arrange for them to install it and took the day off to wait for them. Turned out they delivered the wrong dishwasher. Lots of blaming the warehouse and no one took responsibility. Appliance online is much faster and better.

Great place to buy whatever your need for home, from bedding/furniture, electrical and computers, they have it all at awesome prices

We have been to many Harvey Norman stores in Sydney, but found that Scott and his team at Gordon have far exceeded our expectations in knowledge (in particular), helpfulness, customer service, reliability and honesty of price. We have two much closer HN stores to where we live, but we now make the trip to Gordon very time. They honestly could not have been any more accomodating and we are ensuring all our friends know about the amazing setup Scott is running there.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Gentleman in electronics was rude, was annoyed that I wanted to put an item on interest free and made me feel like this was a bad thing to do. I will never go back to the Gordon Harvey Norman.

This is a reasonably sized store and takes up the whole of the first floor of the Gordon Centre. It has the normal electrical appliances and electronics section as well as an extensive furniture section.
There are lifts that provides access from the basement carpark. From the furniture section there is access to an overhead bridge that crosses the Pacific Highway.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the store has a large ranges of goods.

We purchased 2 x 75 inch Samsung TV’s and amplifier. We did the deal direct with the owner and he promised us installation and delivery.

Delivered 6weeks late and then dishonoured our agreement for installation that was included.

Useless. Called 2 x, was past around to 4 different people, no one could help. I just wanted to know if an item was in stock. Put on hold for 10 mins patienty waiting then they just hung up.

Worst customer service, if you have a problem with your order and you call them, don’t expect them to call you back (not once, not twice but multiple times).

It’s not bad but I look for other places
The staff are great but the service process is slow and irritating
But good shop nonetheless

They will usually price match products so make sure you ask for a price match before buying anything. The range they have is good but the service can be a bit slow.

Harvey fails to impress. They are like pihrana on a bit of flesh. Then you ask about one oroduct and they try to swap you.shameful. Reso eect that your customers have a reason for wantind a brand or solution. By all means, iffer altwrnstives, but not before you ask one fking question.

We went into Harvey Norman today with a good idea of what we wanted and had done our research on the products however when we met Rose, that went out the window and we wanted to know about what she recommended! She was so experienced in her product knowledge and what would be best for our needs. She had an absolutely glowing personality, her happiness was contagious. It was a pleasure to hang out with Rose this afternoon & buy some furniture!

We were not needing a couch for a few months but really loved the couch we found. Manager offered to store the couch for a few months until we were ready. Made the whole process very easy for us.

Visited electronics area. Staff very helpful and sorted my cable problems out immediatley. Saw prices of TV's to be price matched to sales in other stores. Staff will price match best prices from any other outlet. Great place to buy a TV. Get good information about function and best price. Good service from nice staff.

Rubbish experience. The store is split into separate sections requiring you to pay separately. Customer service was poor and disorganised.
