Thanks Jack for fixing the reclined sofa (changing the transformer). I called not long after receiving the sofa. And he came to help in early afternoon. That was speedy quick! I really appreciate it! Thank you so much

Unfortunately, I had to go here to pick up my online purchase, as it wasn't available at Hornsby - despite the listing. So, it's a bit of a drive for me. The parking was okay, though, so. But, once again, as in the past, I found the service touch and go. The man that I encountered when I first arrived in the store was obviously too busy to really give me the time of day and, despite directing me, seemed eager to dismiss me as he appeared to have bigger fish to fry! Another younger man did help me out by going and retrieving my purchase from behind the scenes (thank you!), which I'm inclined to think that the other man could have also easily done. Unfortunately, this is not the first time. Some years ago, my husband and I ordered a mirror from them, and some time was taken in organising the specifications. We never heard from them again! I think this store needs a cultural upheaval.

I received professional and friendly service from a young man in the computer section last week. Very knowledgeable and polite. Supportive with setting up my new computer.

Have been waiting for a chair for 8 weeks, which was suppose to arrive within a week.
Many phone calls, including to the franchisee. The chair is supposed to come from a warehouse in Sydney, only 50km away.
I think all the five star reviews are fake.don't believe them.

If there is a zero star i will give this store this rating. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this store
This is the worse store from Harvey Norman in Gordon. Store manager Raza is particularly rude and may sell you fake products.

Really disappointing experience at Harvey Norman Gordon store today… No floor staff or sales people. Lots of people looking to buy electrical items but no service. I walked in to buy a microwave, kettle and room air purifier. Purchased all above items and the man in charge of the loading area couldn’t be found to locate the microwave I had purchased. I had initially been led to believe the microwave was ‘on the floor’, it wasn’t. I was in a hurry and needed a microwave today and didn’t have time to be stuffed around. So I canceled my entire purchase and walked out of the store. Purchased my electrical items elsewhere. What a shame the sales and service in HN Gordon has deteriorated to the extent that I now don’t want to return to this store.

Dealing with the staff in this shop resulted in 'the worst' customer experience I have ever received, all to get a small refund for a product that I received from them to which was damaged on arrival.

Bought a SIRIUS rangehood with an external motor from Harvey Norman Gordon on 26/10/21, arrived in mid-Feb this year. While we were shopping there, this rangehood was recommended by the salesperson Eddy with only dimension provided. He told us that he needed to order it, but he didn't say anything about the SPECIAL ORDER which was non-refundable or non-exchangeable. He also gave us the contact details of the installer which he recommended and told us to give them a call AFTER we received the rangehood. During the whole time, he didn't advise us to get an inspection first and see whether it could be installed before we purchased it. The installer came today and told us that it could not be installed because there was not enough space for the external motor. We find another installer, who said the same thing, and both of them said that seller should advise us to get an inspection before the purchase. I went back to Harvey Norman, and Eddy refused to give us an exchange or refund. The reason he gave us was it's a special order from 4 months ago and it couldn't fit in our house was completely our problem, because they ONLY sell products.

This an awful store. Assistant Chad is a rude, arrogant person who needs some life experience. Don't go to this store. I had bought a blender and found it when I opened it the body was plastic and I cant use it for my 1.5 year old baby and wanted to swap for one with a glass body but this Chad was so rude and refused to change the blender even though it had never been used. I hope he loses his job as he should learn some empathy and understanding of customers. Should get negative 500 stars.

Bought a Breville barista express pro coffee machine from Harvey norman Gordon.

One of the staff (Michelle) really helped us to decide on the machine.

She was extremely patient and really understood our requirement rather making a quick sale.

She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, Also the manager BJ has been extremely kind.

I would recommend this store to anyone who would like to purchase any appliances.

Very helpfull. We were assisted by Michael at Gordon during lockdown. He went out of his way to assit us with buying furniture with out going into the shop. We always buy what ever we need from our Harvy Norman Store. Try them you wont be disappointed.

Amazing service from Matthew in Bathrooms - our cistern developed a leak and Matthew was fast and efficient in his handling of the matter and quickly escalated this through to the servicing agents who rocked up within 2 days and fixed it for me. Unreal! Very happy with HN and the service crew

I have been shopping from Harvey Norman for a while, all my appliances are virtually from Harvey, but my experience when I shopped from Gordon was horrible. Delivery was a nightmare, trying to resolve issues after purchase from this particular store is even worse. The manager spoke in an very condescending tone and some of the team will boldly lie. The staff member who sold the appliances to me was very subtle with his misinformation, atleast he didn’t lie boldly. They’ll treat you like a dummy any chance they get.

My experience when I shopped from Gordon Harvey Norman was horrible. I purchased The Crystal Clear kettle online. I found out that the kettle lid had issues and that same day I took it back to refund. However, they told me to come back the next day because their manager was in a meeting. When I went back tomorrow, staff made me wait, and when I asked them about the situation, the manager spoke to me in a very rude way. Made me very upset.

We bought a dining table for our newly renovated apartment from Harvey Norman. The item was stocked so delivery was relatively quick. There was a mini chip on one of the pieces and the guys were quick to rectify. Happy to recommend.

Don't bother with click and collected. I waited in the carpark for 20 minutes before having to call to see if someone was actually coming to give me my purchase. 20 minutes after my call they arrived at my car.

Ordered a lounge with a part missing. The sales guy Scott from Gordon store told me it should be ready to deliver in 2 weeks and now it's over a month and they can't find the part in the warehouse. Misleading and scam behaviour from their sales guy. I will never trust them

The most amazing service from the kitchen appliance department. Dale saved the day for me, sourcing and delivering the oven I needed at very short notice when a different company let me down. Do not go anywhere else for your kitchen appliances! They’ll give you the best price, service and most importantly deliver the goods! Highly recommended.
