I've been using the Optus services provided my local Forster store, for about 3 years now,
I can not fault at all, outstanding customer service provided by Craig from Optus, and all the other staff are always very willing to help.
When I have had any issues, problems, questions, with optus Craig explains things so I understand completely.
Highly recommended.

Craig was just awesome! He was very accommodating to my needs and was quick to provide me with a solution. Any time I need any help with anything electrical, I’ll be going to Havery Norman in Forster and I will hope for Craig to be there again.

Just left the store. Clean and tidy. Great range of everything. Professional service. Nathan very helpful and not pushy. He managed a VERY difficult customer whilst i was there and did a seriously good job. All the team were welcoming and kind.

I will be purchasing here when I finally make a decision. Some say I am indecisive.but I am not so sure.

I would like to warmly thanks Michael Galea, Craig McLachlan and Nathan Urquhart for their patience and forbearance in being patient with this octogenarian who is finding computers more difficult in my declining years particularly when scanning 6 x 4 prints as I have lots more to scan! But you never know, perhaps by the end of this year I will be able to do it all by myself. In the meantime the help I am getting is DEEPLY appreciated.

A nice shop tucked away but a lot bigger than you first think. The young lady that showed us around was very helpful.so a great shop.

Just bought a TV from David who went above and beyond to source the one that we wanted from a different store. He was very knowledgeable and polite.

Just purchased a Smeg oven, combi oven, Oliveri sink and sink mixer tap, a Smeg Diamond series dishwasher, Sweigan range hood, a Smeg cooktop. Cary, Monet and Dave have been really great, by far the best prices (their competition in Newcastle and Taree couldn't beat their prices), they know their products and where more than patient with me, even after my 300 calls to them. Seriously recommend them. Definitely 5 stars and more.

Great store and staff all products wonderfully presented neat and tidy. Everything is easy to find and the staff are more than helpful to share their product, knowledge and technical experience. 10/10 will be back soon

My wife and I really appreciate the care and attention given to us by Michael and Nathan at Harvey Norman, Forster; the service was second to none. They supported us to upgrade our Optus home wifi to a Deco X20 4G Mesh Router, along with a new mobile phone and ipad for my wife. They made upgrading the technology so simple; thank you Michael & Nathan very much for your help.

Craig was very friendly, professional and efficient. The store was clean, bright and fully stocked. As a Mystery shopper, if i had been assessing them, they would have passed with flying colours. A pleasure doing business.

Was Absolutely Atrocious.

I came in to Harvey Norman at around the end of January to early February to see about a replacement for a surface pro keyboard. When I went in they said that they would contact Microsoft about a replacement, Microsoft said yes and they took the old keyboard and said it would come in by the end of February.
I thought that was the end of it, it was not.
After waiting until recently (today) to see what was taking so long one of my family members went in, and the first employee, a young bloke was asked, no help. So after asking another employee came back and said there was no record of the replacement.

This is absolutely awful as they still have the old keyboard. I don't want problems but they have been absolutely useless this whole time. So if anyone plans on going there, just be careful with how they treat you.

How disappointing my experience was with trying to purchase a laptop. The man was rude but I don't think he realised he was being rude. He made mention of my age and my technilogical ability. He also offered other potential purchases like a printer and a mouse which I don't need. We couldn't understand that they had 2 identical laptops which had a price difference of $400 due to the fact they had different batch numbers. We will not shop there again. We bought a laptop from Taree and the girl was very helpful and understanding of my needs.

Walked into store, was served immediately by helpful young lady who knew her product. Brought what I needed without any fuss.

Was kept waiting for assistance because of busy showroom with customers. After about 10 minutes I was attended to. I did buy a 50 Inch Hisence UHD TV. Very happy with product which was delivered the next day. Was kept informed with texts as to delivery times. 5 stars for delivery updates.
